If you want people to get this app you need to give the buyers accesses to log in so we can see what we paid for, I paid $60 and I can’t access anything unless I go through my email, the app is completely uselessassassinseraphine

This is a trash Do not ever think about downloading it ,i payed 29$ for the keto plan and they give me a very low level plan u can find it in google or maybe black Friday 😂🤣, and then after 3 or 4 days than plan disappeared and the app was lagging😂😂 i think the app cost them less than they sell the keto plans😂🤣! No stars!!! Buyer Beware!
So frustrated! I signed up. Paid my $40. And All I got was 1 week’s list to buy. I am not able to log into the website OR the app! It just wants me to re-signup / pay. I contacted customer service and they told me I wouldn’t have to pay again. BUT, there is NOWHERE to sign in! They will not refund my money and I have gotten nothing else from them. I gave them the benefit of a doubt, but now it has been 2 1/2 weeks.

This has to be the worse ever! I could never get signed in. I contacted customer service which by the you can only email. After numerous tries to solve the issue with absolutely no help from customer service , I cancelled it after 6 days. I have an email that says they will refund my money. However, I never received. Do not buy
On-line does not connect with app. Diet plans are redundant, with same meals at times for lunch and dinner. No variety. Very little options and prep time is inconvenient.Debi's Dairy
HARD TO CANCEL! Scam App...
I went with the trial and when I requested a cancellation , I received an email stating that due to “high intensity”, it would take them longer than 48 hours to respond. They concluded the email saying that they thanked me for my “patience and understanding”. Well, I was CHARGED this January cycle and after emailing them a 2nd time, received the same auto-generated email without getting an update on when my subscription will be cancelled (and at this point when my money will be refunded). Also, the choice of words generated in the email are less than professional making me feel like this app is a total scam. The “delay” in response is giving them more time to continue to deduct the monthly subscription fee. I (stupidly) signed up using PayPal which it set up to deduct directly from my checking account. In order to stop the auto payments, I changed my payment settings in PayPal in order for the subscription to stop charging me. Stay away from this App at all costs!Show lessDyZ84

Ever since I forked over the cash to buy the diet, every time I try to restore the purchase, the app crashes. Not too helpful. I want a refund.ajdp

I decided to use the 3 day trial. I decided to cancel the subscription the next day. I sent an email to cancel. I have not heard from anyone. There is no phone number to call. Today, I found a charge. I am not sure who to contact about this fraudulent app.Kim4howard
