Bad customer service
I tried to cancel my subscription after the free trial because I didn’t like it. They have no way of contacting them besides an email which says they will contact you in 2 business days. I never heard from them. I feel like this app is a scam.EveFL

Do not purchase package online.
I’m pretty upset. Not at the meal plan. It’s great. I just hate the fact that I have to go find my meal plan on my email every time I need to check my keto meal plan. It cost me $40 and I can’t even login to us this app. How lame is that? So lesson learn, DO NOTTTTTT purchase anything online. Check your apps first. There’s so many keto apps that can help make things so much more easier. This ones complicated (of course, unless you bought the app prior to your online purchase). And I am not going to repurchase just to get this app. If I knew prior to my purchase, I would have NEVER done so. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!! :/Show lessDukieMic
Plans Unusable In Current Form
While the plans generated look fine from what I could see, none of the content is available for download making it useless to me. As a disabled American, I need to see printed, hard copies of material. Useless as-is.GrGirl138
Not worth paying for this
I paid for the Keto meal plan $49 and then they ask you to pay $29monthly for the app separately. Not worth it. Plus it’s not something you can’t get for free in a website. You can’t print the recipes from the app. Some recipes are not tasty. If you paid for the meal plan don’t buy the app. It shows you exactly the same thing.Show lessAllegra1233
Cant log in in the app
I have purchased a meal plan on the website and it is great but i dont wont always to go to browser so i can look at the meal plan. I want to have access on the app but there is not option to log in. Why should i purchase it again just so i could see it in the app????VegeBreskvica
Bad Customer Service
I wrote them to cancel my subscription before the free period ended because it didn’t show up in my Apple app subscriptions. The app just didn’t have the features I was looking for. Nobody responded to me for 6 days and they just simply told me they cannot help me. I asked Apple for support and they said they cannot refund me because it was past the 3 days; even though I wrote the support on the app on the same day I downloaded the app. Very disappointed in the customer service.Show lessKacee Baker
Bait and switch?
I purchased the meal plan through a Facebook ad and when I downloaded the app, my purchase was not accounted for and it required an additional payment.
I contacted the company...I will update this review if/when I hear back.bahtwhfwh
It’s not working
I set it up put my info in and when it came to getting the meal plan it just froze I thought it was still loading buuuuuut it’s been 3 days 😒 is it just telling me don’t eat lolpajrank
