Clunky
Not great for outside USA. It won’t remember frequent addresses when adding manually. Keeps trying to take me to similar addresses in the USA (from Melbourne Australia) have to constantly enter a full address and scroll down through 10-12 similar addresses in the USA to find the Australian address. I even put Australia in the address. As I’m adding the same 8-9 addresses 25-30 times a week it becomes quite frustrating.

Best app for mileage tracking
Simple is simple almost too simple but I found the others unusable and intrusive. I wish I could flip the order of my trips though and start my categories at THE BEGINNING OF THE DAY and NOT work backwards
Help never available.
The app works ok. But if you ever need help the customer service is practically non existent. I’ve been trying to update my email on my account. You would think that would be an easy task. A simple task, if you will. But after sending multiple emails, live chat questions, and even scouring the web to find an actual phone number…I’ve still yet to here back from them.
Sad. Because a little customer service goes a long way.

Love this App, but……..
App is great and having the ability to send monthly reports in Excel is exactly what I need.
Unfortunately, I have not received any responses from Support through chat or email in over a month. Trying to change my email address but there is no way to do it through the app.

Easy to use
Easy to use and easy to categorize business vs personal. I can put a note on what the business purpose was. Have been using for a little over a year and will continue. Tried several apps this one worked best and runs in the background.
Faulty
Worked well for a while. So decided to subscribe.

Poor Service
I have requested reports from this app and have yet to receive them. I have tried contacting them on 4 separate occasions and yet to get a response. DO NOT buy/download this app!
Simple is what is needed
I’ve tried a few other mileage trackers over the years and this one does what it says. Works almost 100% of the time and is priced right. If you don’t need all the bells and whistles and just want one that works look no farther.
Misleading
Says it’s free and unlimited. It is neither of those things.
Worth trying out
First off I’m sick and tired of people wanting everything for free. How are these programmers supposed to support their families with food? It’s not “bait & switch” for goodness sake, it’s “try before you buy.” This app worked great for me I think the other good reviews say it all. You get enough free trips to find out if this is what you need. Honestly five dollars a month is not that big a deal for a great app that will save you on your taxes.
