  • Glitchy

    Very glitchy app (had the hardest time syncing with my partner, answered a question which never showed up on his end so I had to write it all over again) and a lot of dumb features. Just one example: they make you send a lot of vocal messages to your partner, but then when you’re listening, if you leave the audio on and allow your screen to go black, the audio will stop and you’ll have to start the whole thing over again because there’s no fast forward button. App is not user-friendly, tons of content but confusing to navigate and things just keep not working with the syncing feature. Definitely going to stop using before the free trial is up.

  • So helpful for our relationship

    We’ve been using it for a while now, the guided partner chat helps us talk about things we wouldn’t. Also flirt, my husband isn’t great at flirting. I’m just so grateful to the makers of this app for helping bring us closer together through difficult times. We’ve been through a lot as a couple and coral helps our sex life immensely! We are so happy with what coral has done for our relationship- the guided exercises, the chat feature. Bringing us closer together and helping us prioritize intimacy. And experiences we’d never have on our own!

  • No Longer Worth It

    A couple of years ago, this app was great. It had great online events for you and your partner to take and learn how to talk to each about your needs. Support staff was quick and helpful when you had an issue with the app. New features were constantly being added. Then something happened - not sure what. Most of the staff being let go or quit? But no more events. No new items added to the app. The same discussions on the boards. I stuck through it hoping it would get better. I was offered a free year for my patience. When it came around, I found people were no longer there at the company. The support feature glitches out and doesn’t work. It’s almost impossible to reach out for support help. And when you get support, it’s of no help. If this was free, it may be helpful to some, but with the cost, you will find better ways to contact with your partner.

  • Coral is AMAZING

    I am a counselor and often work with couples. Coral is my new go to for support with intimacy and connection. I love that Coral not only helps with the mechanical side of intimacy, it addresses the importance of spiritual/emotional connectedness. I love that Coral is truly a couples app. You only buy one subscription and there is a trial period. Honestly many couples could strengthen their relationships and avoid needing therapy at all if they utilized all the different options on this app.

  • I’m trying so hard to like this but the Glitches make it difficult

    This app could be so good ! I really want to like it , I’m really trying to use it with partner. This is the second chance I’m giving to the platform after they “fixed” glitches. The chat feature is still a struggle, it tells me my partner is online when he’s not . There is no way to clean up or delete messages or prompts that create clutter in the chat history. When recording an audio message it says to swipe to cancel and that freezes so audio messages Im not wanting share or send or record get sent anyhow. There is no obvious way to delete that if I don’t want it there. Also when sending photos if I select a photo from my album it automatically posts it, and there’s no way I can figure how to delete. Meaning if I want to share a photo I feel very uncomfortable doing so if I make a mistake. Also If we wanted to share a private / sexier photo like the app prompts there no way to remove it later if we’d like to.

    It’s also just a bit confusing if there were a tour or guide on the all features that would help

    To the developer: please if there’s a way to clean up / delete selected messages let me know if there not please incorporate it ☺️ I really want the app to work I think it’s a great premise but still needs some simple usability improvements.

  • Don’t waste your time

    My partner and I got a subscription to this app as part of my fabfitfun box. It was working great and we were really enjoying it for the first few weeks, but lately the chat function has completely broken. Opening the app defaults to trying to open chat, which loads nothing but a white screen. You can try to click super quickly on a different icon in the split second you see them before the white screen, but if you miss, you have to force reboot the whole app.

    I tried reporting the issue to support through the feedback function in the app – and that was broken too. I finally found the tech support option in the app settings and sent off a request for support.. 3 weeks ago. I’ve heard nothing. Hugely disappointing.

We deeply apologize for the delay in resolving it, as it was not immediately apparent since only a few of our clients experienced it. After updating the app to the latest version, you should no longer encounter any difficulties accessing the chat tab.   • I really liked it, but my husband kept ignoring it

    I love this app. I loved the guided tutorials and the great questions and exercises. It was what I thought we needed and he certainly enjoyed when I followed a guided tutorial on HIM.
    Unfortunately, I was ALWAYS the one asking to do the exercises, reminding him that I wanted a turn to be loved on, and he just acted like it was a burden. I wanted to keep the subscription but he said he’s not interested. Even though it has self-help features for individual work, it honestly hurts just to see the app on my phone knowing how desperately I wanted him to be interested in it and me and it didn’t work out. 😞 we’re in therapy now and a lot of the exercises the expensive counselor is assigning us are super similar to what’s in this app, but I guess it’s different when another person suggests he does something rather than his partner-with-an-app.

  • Pay, then pay some more and get nothing

    I purchased the year long membership but didn’t use it after the 1st week. My partner doesn’t use it and the daily questions are embarrassing, childish and provocative. I just don’t understand what the point of the app is. It doesn’t really do anything or encourage engagement. You don’t really even understand what the yearly fee is for. It’s just basically text messaging. 6 week update: Partner still doesn’t use the app. Can’t find suggestions on the app. They ask you to browse “Play” but I have never found it. Still confused on what exactly we’re supposed to be doing. 1 year update. Zero help from the company on trying to figure out what to do. They offered absolutely nothing for the year membership either. Same garbage as the free membership. Such a scam.

  • It’s a good app, don’t give up on it.

    My gripe with this app is that I have seen no new content in the months I have used it. Honestly, the trial period is enough time to experience everything in the app.

    The daily polls are constantly repeated, nothing new in the ‘play’ tab, and there’s no new journeys. It’s possible that things have been added, but there is no system for announcing new additions, so I have no idea.

    Don’t let this app get stale, keep building on it and adding new things. It’s great and I really want it to be worth using long term.
