Thank you for making a test which is accessible to blind people

Truly appreciate the accessibility features of this test. This is currently the only test available for someone to use who is blind so that they can independently administer and read results privately and independently. Blind users can also test family members and or coworkers. Truly grateful for this full access.

Cue builds confidence

Being able to take a reliable test at home really makes a difference in our lives especially with vulnerable people in our lives. Thanks for lessening our anxiety and giving us more confidence in this unsure time.

Such a wonderful product

So helpful to do at home or especially when traveling. Just used it to return from Mexico and avoided time and expense of finding a test there. Buy it!

Easy to set up and use

The Cue app is very intuitive to use, it comes with step by step video instructions. Very convenient tool to do self check at home.

The instructions are very clear, the app walks you through step by step, and everything runs smoothly. The visual design is lovely.

App crashes when login

Can’t login from the app. After I entered pass word and select login, the app crashes. I can’t do coin test now. Please fix this asap.

Never left the house

No more appointments, no more waiting in lines, results in 20 mins … what more do you want?!?! Fast, accurate and if anything goes wrong (because chemistry and biology don’t always behave as expected) then FREE replacement. I’m sold! Can’t wait for the menu expansion where other tests are offered. I would get the reader now before price goes up once the other tests come out ;)

Always crashing on Login

I just started using Cue again but it is always crashing when I try to login. I wonder if it is because I just replaced my phone. I can provide more details or crash logs if needed.

Defective device and testing - DO NOT BUY

I purchased the Cue test in January in hopes of finding a higher quality testing option than the rapid antigen tests.

My first two tests were fine - they matched with lab testing PCR tests and had no issues.

Since then, I have ran 10 additional tests. 7 of those tests were invalid. Of the last 6, 5 of those have been invalid. A 16% testing rate is frankly unusable.

I emailed Cue about this and customer service has frankly done nothing, despite me asking for a refund and them to call me. When they looked into the issue, they said many of the test issues were a mechanical issue with the cartridges but offered no solution.

Here’s a direct quote from their email “After investigating further, it does appear that the majority of your invalid and canceled tests were caused by either a lack of enough sample or mechanical error with the cartridges.”

Fast start, poor finish

Early days, seemed to work well. Last few times, the app would not launch despite update and phone reset. I can’t even see my old tests. The testing device needed a hard reset once but actually now won’t start at all despite the hard reset. What still works is the monthly billing. Had high hopes for sensitive testing but the device has to show up when called
