Doesn’t work for iPhone
I would have loved to have used this app and paid for a subscription but it doesn’t work with my iPhone. When I went to take the initial tests, I could not scroll down to see all the answer options. The only option to contact support was a direct email link to Apple’s integrated mail program, which I don’t use. Nowhere could I find an email address to contact. Sadly, I don’t recommend this app.

Worked Great until it stopped
This app was a life saver for me. But after a month or so it just stopped working. It would keep saying "failed to connect to store" no matter what I selected.
I wasn't able to access any exercises or see any of my old entries.
I had taken a premium membership for 6 months. I thought i would delete the app and re-install it. After doing that and logging in I see that I'm no longer a premium member and it asks me to take the premium membership again.
Update - as I was typing this I decided to check one last time and now I'm able to access all exercises and entries.
Update - now it's again asking me to take the premium membership. So the app keeps working and crashing intermittently.

Helps a lot!
This app helps me to understand what I am feeling and why, especially when I’m feeling really strongly. Helps me to regulate my emotions and relate better to others. I I highly recommend to people with anxiety and depression. Also, for people who want to develop more self-control emotionally, and for anyone honestly.

Love the app
This app has helped me keep track of my thoughts, moods, emotions. I can work with my therapist to learn ACT and she guides me well. Sharing my data helps her to get better insights thus suggesting the right tools and exercises for me to progress.
A true Godsend!
It has changed my life in ways I can't think of in the last 4 months. I don't have access to a DBT Therapist in my town and have been reading online / books etc. But then when this app launched it all changed. I was able to put my skills to use and practice them with the app and learn as I go.
Best App for anxiety
I have a problem with anxiety and panic attacks on a regular basis right before an important event and using ACT has helped. But this app has really helped me more than anything else. The lessons are easy to follow and the exercises help me to follow it well.

It has changed my life in ways I can't think of in the last 2 months.I have read quite a bit about ACT and I was able to put my skills to use and practice using this app.
Well explained
At first thought is a pretty basic app. Then as I dug into it, realized there's so much in it. The lessons are really awesome and explains ACT clearly. Love the exercises and also the tracking on when I did them, how long and my feedback - which lets me review how did in the past. There a lot of great analytical features. The two I really love are streak (keeps me grounded) and correlations - which pretty much sums my moods.

This is brilliant
Very detailed app. I love that I can also share my entry data with my therapist in a beautiful format unlike other apps. I am going through videos daily and learn something new everyday
Saves life
This app has helped me keep track of my thoughts, feelings, goals, accomplishments and more. It has really helped me find peace during distress, regulate emotions, make friends and keep them. Strongly recommend using for anyone who struggles with bpd, anxiety etc
