Useful with my Bipolar disorder
This app has helped me keep track of my thoughts, feelings, goals, accomplishments and more. It has really helped me find peace during anxiety and my extreme moods.. Strongly recommend using for anyone who struggles with bpd, anxiety, etc and following through with themselves. Even using all of the free options is worth your time!

Great! Would love for it to work offlline
I just joined DBT group and this is very helpful. The diary cards are very easy to use and the streak and other smmary tools always motivates me to do my diary card, exercises etc. Sometimes I don’t have internet connection and would have loved for it to work offline.

This app is really helpful for both me and my therapist, since it helps track my mood, emotions and if I took my meds and exercised and etc. Really good for my anxiety. The summary accurately reflects it and tthe correlations are great. .Lessons, exercises and meditations are useful tools A great app!

Very nice app!
I have been looking for a good ACT app not only for my wellness patients but also for myself. This is a great one. .Very helpful in tracking mood, emotions etc,, Highly recommend. I also love that I can see my patients' entries and exercise data in real time via the clinician app which provides great insights from their progress data.

Changed my life
I use the app morning and night without fail. The summary screen is great to see how I am progressing and the correlations help me on what helped in the past. I keep refreshing my skills by watching the videos on my way to work in train.
Awesome App
Awesome ACT app. I also have been in CBT and was looking forward to learn ACT and this pretty much covers everything one needs. Good analytics and I can do multiple entries per day and see all of them cleanly organized on a screen. Ability to share with therapist is great too.

Thank you for creating this fantastic app! And it's free for everything except summary and customizations. This is definitely the best DBT app that is out there.. I did upgrade though. Wanted to learn about my behavioral patterns and how the skills are helping me. And this is really useful.
Love this app
Absolutely love this!!! Thanks so much for doing this. I don't have access to therapists who know ACT. I have read a few books. This app makes up for not having access to ACT specialist. I still use this with my therapist to share my details and she loves it and has been learning ACT now.
Useful resource for ACT
A comprehensive & helpful app. As a therapist I find this which is refreshing. All though there is a subscription for premium features, it is well worth it. I am getting all my clients to use this so that they can share their data. I also use their clinician app and can see my clients progress which is very useful. Also the love the app for its simplicity and usability.

Amazing! This app has been more useful to me than therapy has, it has so many great resources ACT Lessons, Exercises, Meditations etc., the checkin feature is very useful. ive just started using the summary feature and found it incredibly useful. Also, the ability to track moods and emotions are great.
