  • Doesn’t connect.

This app worked for 3 days then never again. It constantly says connecting to camera. Using voice function makes the app crash. The apps instructions are poorly translated. The app is covered in ads. Paying for “enhanced package” does not remove ads. I have used dozens of apps like this and this is one of the worst with a lot of high ratings.

  • I’m in love

Best purchase I ever made for my dog & it is so worth the price, I highly recommend!
  • Only 10 second recording

Had this camera for 6 months now. (Its the picture frame one) It has good picture quality but sound quality is not the best. But I am mainly upset about the 10 second recording. That’s it! And I pay $15 subscription? Not worth it.
  • Ejaz

It’s good . Works well and the picture is very clear.
  • Creepy

I had this app for about 2 1/2 weeks. I use the camera. Everything works fine, but the problem is I can hear other people like someone’s watching my camera invading my privacy at one point I heard somebody sniffling. And one other occasion, I hear movement like someone was shuffling things around ,then I heard noises in the background . Another time I could hear someone breathing out loud on the camera to the point it got my attention and my dogs attention just creepy. I disconnected the camera immediately.

  • 3 years and Getting Better Every Day.

This app is constantly evolving and getting better every day. 3 years and I love it, so many great updates.

I would like to see video playback in increments of fast forward or reverse by 10 seconds. I think that would be a great addition.
  • They’ve installed Japanese ads

Save your money and go with something else. In the last 2 days, I am now confronted with Japanese ads when I even open the app. I can’t read it so I have no clue what I’m supposed to do to get it off the screen. I can’t tell if I’m declining something or agreeing to it. They also recently changed their previous policy on videos. Before, you could access all the videos from your device no matter how old, especially if you had a memory card. The memory card never works with mine but fine, the video stores to my phone and I can go back and check them. Now they’ve decided you can only view the videos for 36 hours (not a full 2 days as they claim). Anything over 36 hours old now requires a monthly premium price to view. This camera and its app has gotten worse over time. I shouldn’t have to buy the camera and pay a monthly premium to access videos stored to my phone or the cloud. I shouldn’t have to deal with foreign ads on startup that I can’t even read. I’d give this -5 starts if Apple would let me.

  • Ads

Have a subscription is shared and still have ads. This is unacceptable. Please fix the shared subscription so the shared users do not get ads.
  • Obnoxious Advertising

I purchased a device that is controlled by this app, so was pretty annoyed to see full page unskippable ads (that I can’t read as I don’t speak the language) each time I open it. There’s also advertising to access the advanced features of the device with a subscription. That wasn’t mentioned when I bought it. Once you get past that stuff the app is pretty good though.

  • Best of china camera software

So, ive bought dozens if these little chinese IP cameras, all identical but each comes with software unique to its serial number. This is their profit center, selling cloud services. Some models barely function until you pay the monthly "cloud" ransom for features you were promised in the ad for the retail price you spent on the item. Its a scam, and its why im so happy to have found this software author. Breaking the mold, this "brand" actually has all working features that match the ads, not dead buttons in an app. Even better, you are not married to your phone - if you can follow vague directions elsewhere on the internet, you can use RTSP protocol to view it on your PC computer via VLC video software, a 3rd party free download. And what a view! Only your computer can display the high res details and perfect color match the camera was hiding, cell phones cannot do it justice. Direct your router to forward the port to the internet, and you have password protected video on your pc from a camera anywhere in the world. THIS was worth my ten dollars ... more, but shhhh dont tell them. The downside ? All this could go away overnight with an "upgrade" you cannot refuse, if the chinese government forces them to abandon these features in future versions. Lets hope that doesnt happen, this is the most kickass camera software you can buy at this moment, june of 2024. For reference i bought the "light bulb" camera which contains the same feature-rich microchip as all the others, in a installation-free casing that screws into a lamp. Perfection.
