1 star and that’s only because I can’t give it a 0. App worked for a day r 2 but now nothing working spent hour trying till get it till work but just a wast off time.

Indoor/outdoor camera
I downloaded the upgrade and now I’m having a hard time with it!.. keeps crashing and I have go in again to scan and it take about an hour 😡. Now it’s not doing anything.. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️**%h
Shocking
Wish I knew how bad this app was before I bought the camera. It struggles to load all the time never gives me notifications of motions or records stuff now only live view even though I’ve subscribed it has a SD card and still doesn’t record anything checked the internet is still connected and it is.Show lessSCD2023

Camera has stopped working. I see the same complaint over and over again about not being able to login to the account!!! Disappointed!!!Mkgirl 1805
What have you done?
The last app update was one month ago. What did you do? The camera is uncontrollable. One touch and it dives to the ground. Another and you are looking at the wall behind the camera. Forgot fine tuning the location! If you don’t fix the software I will have to return them as useless.

The app wouldn’t let me log in with phone number or email. I tried multiple numbers and emails. None of them worked. Do not recommend don’t waste your money.huggyhjj

I just got this camera yesterday. Set it up and was working fine. Few hours later just keeps saying “ preparing for video”. Does this for hours on end. I can’t get into the surveillance camera at all. Not seeing any support tabs to get help with this situation either. Any tips?Mitch321978
Good camera for basic viewing
I’ve had this camera for more than two years and it works well for the price. I don’t like that you have to pay for more storage but oh well. I’ll just watch the live feed.Tiff0103
