Love this app
I’ve had my camera for about 6 months. I love this app for viewing the live feed from wherever I am. I also like that I can add people to share with so now my husband can also view live feed and to upgrade for cloud storage to keep footage is very reasonable. The picture quality is great in daytime color and night time black and white (unless light is turned on for color) night vision is very clear also. No longer letting me log in
After the update two days ago, the application stopped working and I can no longer log into the app, I tried to create a new profile but the same problem occurs, the application doesn’t go past the log in page. 😥AmberDragu
Suddenly cant log in, just freezes

Was ok for 8 months and a 5*
Was working fine for 8 months sd card has been formatted all WiFi working nice and fast even unplugged the camera and WiFi it’s struggling to connect it used to take seconds now I try and try and eventually it connects and the notifications I can leave the house drive a mile and finally I get like 5 notifications far too late it used to be almost 10 seconds now it’s like 5 minutes or 10 seconds so intermittent I can’t connect to view for about 10 attempts when it finally connects I could of robbed the whole streets worth of cars on plus side it still records continuously to the as card so when I do get connection it’s all there don’t know what they have done to there servers but it’s now poor will review my update if it gets fixed.

Scam - Payments keep being deducted
These guys keep taking money after you cancel and totally agreed that they took money they should not have after I cancelled they said the email they said was not valid I also had to cancel online despite an email acknowledging my cancellation. They then took payments again via PayPal and then said because I filed a complaint they would not refund me. They said only if I withdrew complaint they would refund me. BEWARE of these folks they have dubious practices.Show lessdjsny
Never works
Had the camera for a few years now, seems to work when it wants, never recorded a to the cloud like it states, subscription up for renewal but I’ll not be wasting anymore moneyHoppynj68
