Trouble with viewing angle
I installed your app on my iPad and when I am viewing live feed It won’t stay in the correct viewing position, it keeps rotating the picture upside down, what’s the fix for that ? And I’ll change my star rating to a 5Klicker69

I have had the camera for a little while. Picture quality is pretty good at night. If you subscribe to a monthly plan to keep your videos or even the alerts that are uploaded to cloud, you cannot ever go back and watch the video feed of the recording! Not only that I have been charged twice each month for one camera, that I cannot even watch the alerts! You will never have a phone number to contact any one or email address. So if you have issues like I do, where I’m being charged twice each month, your screwed out of your miney, there is absolutely no contact information at all for them.Show lessjennyfromcolsga

Stopped working
I haven’t been able to login to my camera in months. I tried emailing the service email and it kicked back to me.LCDsound
Bad experience.
The amount of frustration caused by using this app is ridiculous. 1. The video lags A LOT. I have to click “reconnect “ like a thousand times a day. Sometimes after clicking “reconnect” multiple times, it still does not connect at all, which renders this app useless. Sometimes when I hear my puppy crying in his room so I want to use the app to see what is wrong with him, I can’t do this because the app just keeps lagging or just won’t reconnect AT ALL. This is extremely frustrating. I initially thought it might be an issue with my mobile data or my home wifi, but when I used my mobile data or home wifi for other things like YouTube, Google or Facebook, it was completely fine, meaning it is defiantly not an issue with my mobile data or home wifi. 2. The console also lags A LOT. A lot of time after I use the console in the app, I have to wait for like 2-3 seconds for the camera to actually move, and A LOT OF TIME it does not even move at all, which is also freaking frustrating. Conclusion: I won’t say that this app is completely useless because there is still maybe 5-10% of the time that it is not lagging at all, but it defiantly has caused a lot of frustration. I do not recommend this app at all unless you don’t mind a lot of frustration caused by using the app.Show lessj858356
