Our customer support team spoke with you and explained you that we have fully refunded the amount and also sent you document evidence for the same. We request you to contact your bank because we have seen this case with some other users where debit and credit are incorrectly shown in the ux/ui for refund amount even though the amount is fully refunded. Our refund takes 5-10 days from our payment processor to hit your account, so we request you to speak with your bank after 10 days and you should definitely see the refund.

Our customer support team spoke with you and explained the billing charges and we have not charged you $29 and hope you are not mixing up some other transaction with Avibra. Here is the flow Feb 2, 2023 - Legal Review @ yearly subscription - $42.24 Feb 24th 2023 - You converted Legal Review to Weekly Plan and purchased 3 more benefits in addition to Legal, so you have technically 4 benefits that are charged $4 per week. Feb 24th, 2023 - Since you paid for Legal Review @ yearly subscription which is converted to weekly plan so there is a credit of $35.73 that is then applied to all your 4 benefits you purchased on weekly so which keeps all your 4 benefits active until May 5th. May 5th - System tries to charge $4/week given credits are used up for all your 4 benefits and payment didn’t go through. Please feel free to contact hello@avibra.com if you have further questions.
