App Not user friendly or equipped properly
All of its functions do not properly work nor is the app fully equipped with all of the functions the videos say it has. It is not user friendly and it’s impossible to reach an agent. The app should be operating at its full capacity if it’s how the agency expects us to be able to report, locate homes and etc especially if reaching an agent is out of the question.

App won’t open
The app doesn’t open upon sign it. Just kicks me back out immediately. And nobody at the housing authority answers. Can’t support a ticket on the website because it won’t allow to choose a reason. Fix it.
Terrible & unreliable
This app is Terrible it’s unreliable communication is impossible nobody understands how to work the app on either end housing is just as uninformed as we are it’s ridiculous and not efficient just pointless waste of time and technology if the caseworkers actually took the time to learn and use the app efficiently maybe it’d be better ZERO STARS

Simple and easy communication
The App gives options to verify the status of your RFTA HAP and chat with the group easily and also have quite a few options to list the property search for potential tenants etc.
The experience
The experience was horrendous and emotionally draining. The staff was very condescending and was quite rude to my new landlord. There was one lady that was very helpful to appoint that I felt a little relaxed . At first getting help with the Bob AI app was like pulling my teeth out. I felt and saw the staff very uneducated with what they demanded us to do as a client.

No Vacancy
The app does not allow the landlords to remove their information from the website. Most of the homes are listed with full details and landlord numbers. There is no way to know if the home is occupied before applying.
Horrendous
Whoever made the user interface for this app, and for their website needs to be questioned. If I could give it negative stars, AND warn people to stay away I would.

Nothing works can't see anything can't get a response back it's more of a hassle than a help horrible horrible app needs to either be revamped or completely removed
What about bob
This website has major issues, nothing works as it should and their support is done only by submitting a case via chat which means nothing more than waisting time and effort for days and weeks getting a run around by nothing more than a system generated answer or some nonsense which leads to no solution and another run around linke a circle.
