Great app to track everything
I’m sure it used to display in landscape mode, but now the app only displays in portrait mode. Not as easy to view the history of progress on an iPad. I think it’s fairly dumb not to have the choice of display modes—or have it so unintuitive to select a different mode that I can’t choose it.
Wifi never works
Worthless scale won't connect no matter what tried and tried again hasn't worked in 2 years to connect. Read other reviews same issues. Not sure why your developers can't fix a major issue that is obviously occurring to many.
Better than expected
3 years later, our CS20C is still going strong.
The app and scale have worked flawlessly since day one. I was surprised by how easy to use, by how much data is present, and by how easy to use the app is.
With the app open I can step on the scale and see my weight updating in real-time. If I don’t have the app open it will update via Wi-Fi when I open the app later. I’ve had to revoke and re-link to my Fitbit app only once when it stopped updating, but that’s not hard to do and I honestly don’t need to see my weight on two apps. I only need to update it periodically I’m case I stop using Runcobo or it stops working for some reason.
I will note one things that kind of irks me: the app needs precise location permission before it will allow you to connect to wifi. That makes no sense whatsoever. It literally will not allow you to even see the available wifi in your home until you update this setting in the permissions.
This is my first and only smart scale. Maybe they’re all great, but I’ll continue to use Runcobo in the future unless I see that bad reviews or no app support next time I need one. Knock on wood, that won’t be for a while.

Incompetent technical support
This App has a lot of glitches and issues. It hasn’t gotten an update in forever. Technical support doesn’t provide any assistance. You’re told to wait for a response that never arrives. A waist of time and money.
Luv it when it works
Lack of consistency - one day all data points will appear then weeks with nothing except weight and BMI. Also, inconsistent transmission of data to Fitbit. Frustrating
Great data, world’s worst text format
Requires reading glasses and close inspection to page through the very informative trends on all sorts of interesting measurements, displayed in the palest possible light grey text with the tiniest font ever constructed. Developers should fix this.
Why the change
I gave this 5 stars originally but they changed how many devices I can be logged in at the same time. Since I bought this over a year ago I was able to log in both on my phone and my tablet at the same time. Now for some reason only one at a time. Please put it back to the way it was as many people would like to look on either device.

Create account error/bug
I just got the weight scale and downloaded the app to track my progress but I can not even creat an account because it glitches out weirdly like the keyboard doesn’t show up after I type my email first or after I type my password first. Please fix really want to know my progress.
Not compatible with 5ghz WiFi
The model CS20C scale I purchased for $49.99 says it is not yet compatible with 5ghz WiFi.
Not as bad as finding out airbags are optional on a 2021 model car, but this seems like an odd thing to not be compatible with?

Just do it
Get on the scale! It changed everything. From being afraid of what I would see. To understanding what I see. No excuses, from biking, running and weightlifting. Why was I over weight , changed my eating and got on the scale! Got on January and now 30 pounds less. I’m 58 and feel 30. :) no looking back, getting on the scale i will never have a high BMI.
