Horrible app
I love this restaurant. I eat here all the time. Lately I haven’t been able to even check into the app. I sign in and the face recognition starts going off over and over. I’m good to delete it and try again, but this is a real disappointment.

Online ordering is now available
Awesome! Tacos 4 Life Mooresville has opened up online ordering and is taking orders for pick up. I’m told DoorDash delivery is right around the corner. So glad Tacos 4 Life is in our community. Their food is awesome.
Horrible app
I’ve not been able to open the app for a few months now. I’ve got rewards, but can’t get into the app to use them! It’s ridiculous.
It’s the app not the restaurant
The food is fantastic! Every time I’ve gone, it’s been delicious. I have had issues every time i’ve tried to use the app. It took four attempts yesterday before I gave up and it took three attempts today to get my order submitted correctly.
Are you ever going to fix this app?
This app won’t even open anymore. Hasn’t since sometime in 2023. I get notifications, but I can’t open them. Everything is up to date on my end. My phone is a few years old, but really I hope you don’t expect me to buy a brand new phone to run this app. I have quit eating there since I don’t get any of the rewards or deals.

Worst App Ever!!!
After ai write this review, I will be deleting the app from my phone. This is not a review of the restaurant, which is good. The app experience is fine for selecting your restaurant and selecting your order. The issue is with the checkout process. I have to log into the app every time I use it. I have the password saved on my phone, but my phone does not link the password to the app. For whatever reason, whenever you save the password to your phone, it does not save it as Tacos 4 Life, but some other vendor. I can never remember the name of the vendor. If I login, I have to go through the long process of resetting my password. If you check out as a guest, it requires you to fill out way too much info. Also, it does not pull credit card info from your Apple wallet or use Apple Pay, so you have to manually input the credit card information. Today when I was trying to order dinner from the gym to pick up on my way home, I did not have my credit card info readily available. Mixed with being unable to find the saved password on my phone, I wasted 15 minutes fooling with the app before I decided to just go to the restaurant and order my food. Next time, I will just get dinner somewhere else if I want it to go.

Horrible
These 5 star reviewers need to realize that this isn’t where you review the individual restaurant, but the APP. Ugh boomers. Anyway, this app is a joke. Why can’t you keep me signed in? And why is it that you can save my card info, but I have to manually type in my vehicle EVERY TIME when I order curbside? Plenty of other restaurant apps have the ability to store this info. And the rewards system? Rarely ever works. I’ve lost rewards completely due to this incompetence. And it never connects with the store itself so I always have to still call in to tell them I’m here to pick up my order.

Does not have Apple Pay and Entering Payment is not smooth
Great food but the app does not have Apple Pay as a feature. This would make ordering. And setting up and account so easy. Adding the basics Apple features would make the experience of using the app way better
Cannot open the app
I have not been able to go into the app, I try to open the app and it immediately kicks me out of it. I love this place but it makes it hard to keep coming back. I go to the website and it works sometimes but not always.
