  • It won’t connect :(

    My mom had brought me this as a gift instead of a fit bit so I accepted it but the only problem is that it won’t connect! It’s so annoying that this won’t connect because I was really excited but lemme tell you, don’t get your hopes up for this.

    It will not connect to my iPhone. The model of my watch is NO9072! When you added the q7sport watch it disconnected my watch from my iPhone .will not let the watch connect back to my phone

  • Won’t connect

    I bought this watch while on sale. Now I know why they where trying to get rid of them. It worked great for a week maybe two and now it will not connect Bluetooth is connected but it will not sync to my phone. I have uninstalled app and reinstalled and it will still not connect. And it doesn’t keep time properly. So what am I to do with it now. From the comments I’ve seen trying customer service is useless. Want some answers or a new watch since it’s to late to return. Still have original box and receipt. Please respond

  • Nice

    I liked this watch especially for how cheap it is but I couldn’t figure out how to change how long I slept for and some of the categories were hard to figure out. It would be nice if there were better directions but over all a nice watch

  • An extra STAR cause it’s a good fake

    So for bragging rights only it made my son look cool....for a hot minute. Battery life is five hours IF it’s not used. What a waste of a great idea! Where did Q7 go wrong? So many mistakes they had to know at production it would be found out to be a bad fake of a bad product. Even the Apple is not that great but I bought this as a gift and he used it maybe twice.
    I tried giving it to my brother-in-law and I couldn’t force him to take it. Have I made my point?

    Just bought this watch and was working just fine until today the watch disconnected from my phone and will not reconnect. Planning to take it back and get my money back.

    I think you guys should let us pick backgrounds and ringtones. We should be able to change the bands. You guys should have notifications for anything that we wish to download, and a notification for Snapchat. We should also be able to text on the watch too. Thank you for your time.

  • Won’t sync!

    I love the watch, and the app layout. But I cannot get my watch to sync my steps to the app. I am connected to Bluetooth. The app says I’m connected. My watch shows all of my information, steps, calories burned, etc. but the information won’t sync to the phone. help?!?!
  • Would not recommend this product

    This is an ok watch but I wouldn’t purchase another one. My daughter and I bought one for Christmas and mine connected just fine. But can’t get hers to connect to her phone at all. I don’t know what to do since hers is useless. Waste of money.

    I think that you should let us change the watch face. You should let us set our own backgrounds. And you should let us make our own. You should let us pick the ringtones for the notifications and calls. And you should let us make reminders and alarms on the watch. You should also let us be able to change the wrist bands and let us play music on the watch. Thank you for your time.
