Network connection?!
I’m sorry to be such a low rating but I can’t even sign up every time I put in my information and hit sign in/sign up it just said please check network connection but I was connected to the Wi-Fi and there was nothing wrong with itconnection crisis

Not working
It's not even working it keeps kicking me out I answered the questions to set it up but I haven't even connected the watch because it keeps kicking me out.Rainebow2008
Notifications and watch face
This watch is very good and affordable but I think that you should update the app to make it to where we can receive notifications from all social media platforms; for example Snapchat and TikTok. We should be able to change the watch face to choose what color the font is and if we want an image on the watch face as well. I also think we should be able to choose the order the slides are in. So, my watch doesn't work without the app? I can't even set the time right on my watch and when I actually download the app, it won't let me back in after I make an account?! What's going on? This app needs maintenance and a new look.Astrid the destroyer

I see a lot of people giving the product 1 stars but for me I would say about 3 and a half but for me the product has worked pretty good the only issue I have with it is that the steps are kinda off because i could be walking and the watch doesn’t count it but if I slightly move my hand it does count itShow lessAwesome_colorer

As for the steps concern, Since this device is meant to work independently from an app or your phone (which track your steps based on sensor data from the accelerometers, gyroscopes, and compasses. The core processor then calculates both step count and activity recognition), this device, in turn, tracks it by a mechanism that requires movement.Terrible purchase
App won’t let me create an account. It tried to make me give it access to my Microsoft acct or Twitter. Since I can’t get the app to work I can’t get the watch to work. Had someone create an acct for me and I still can’t log in. I’ll be returning both watches this week. Do t waste your money.ship has sailed
Somehow shows connected but never synced
So I tried use this app on iPhone 8 and latest iOS using my Q7. The phone was able to connect to Q7. It there were two devices on Bluetooth-q7 and q7-le . Anyways the app is terrible to add and connect a device and even if I got it connected in this app the data from Q7 would not sync to app at all.
Clicking on firmware check would simply crash the app. Reboot the device had no effect. There were no helpful indications what so ever on what is wrong . It’s obvious that q7 smart watch is not syncing to iOS app although it records my walk/steps. But this makes it useless for me for tracking walk/run exercise purposes :(.
I can only use smart watch for other phone related things such as notifications and messages,etc.Show lessupeng123

I connected my phone with the Smartwatch to receive calls & I do receive them but i dont know how to answer them from my Smartwatch or if you’re able to.Official_Rosemary
