I got a problem. I lost my watch and it was dead on battery when i lost it. So if there is a way you can add a feature where i can track my watch while its dead on battery then that will fix my situation so much. Thanks!lit_nether

Technically Functional
While the app functions the “watch” it supports barely qualifies as such. The fact that they somehow designed a digital watch that could not keep time in 2019 is an impressive feat of engineering. The “watch” constantly resets, does not receive all notifications and must repeatedly be reconnected with the app. Please save yourself the aggravation and return the watch now.Show lesstobiahr
App won’t connect to my watch
I’ve been trying to connect the app to my watch, and it would not show up for it only the other Bluetooth devices in my house, very disappointed because I got this watch to track my running for cross country, I’ll be keeping the watch just not the app. Until it gets fixed.LeahLeahLiLi
App does NOT work
I received the watch as a gift and it worked perfectly for only a couple of days. The watch tells me it’s hooked up to Bluetooth and is working fine, however the app says it’s not connected. I feel cheated!SLL84

Don’t buy it
So when I first got this watch it was a present from a friend and she got it for herself to and I was excited to use it however after a couple weeks it disconnected and said it was connected on the watch but wouldn’t follow the commands from my phone also the time was wrong and I couldn’t figure out how to change it I even tried to reset it and get a new account and disconnect the watch and redo everything I continued on the other account and I figure there is no way to fix it it’s very annoying and should be taken off shelves...and it tracks my sleep and steps incorrectly even when it’s synced to my health app which has it correctShow lesssarahisunhappy:(
Don’t buy!
This watch only worked for about five days. After that the date and time (it would only do military time which I hate) were way off and I was no longer able to connect to Bluetooth And the watch quit tracking my steps. And now I’m trying to return the watch but I can’t connect to Bluetooth to erase all the data. I also purchased one for my husband for Father’s Day and his was never able to connect to Bluetooth. I tried to return to JCPenney’s and they told me it was too late I only had 10 days to return it but I bought it early as a gift For Father’s Day so this doesn’t even make sense. Also I used the Q7 Sport Smartwatch app, the correct app and it still did not work. I didn’t even bother with customer service after reading the reviews and how terrible customer service is and it sounds like there’s no solution anyway. I don’t recommend buying this watch you might as well spend the extra money and get the real deal.Show lesschezack

This watch hasn’t worked correctly since I bought it. No info online as to how to get it to work either. I tried to uninstall it and redo it but that hasn’t worked either.
