Someone just asked me to leave a review for $5 credit, I did and received the credit on our for the scooter to not process my end of ride, just sat there buffering while the timer kept going-ended up eating my “free credit” while I just stood there waiting for the scooter to end the ride. I wasn’t moving.

Quality Service
I’ve relied on TukTuk for the past 2 years to conveniently get me to classes on the days where I do not have enough time to wait for the campus shuttle.
While the prices may be a bit high for a single ride, it is important to consider the benefit of not having to wait for an Uber or bus. Additionally, not having to use gas that is, if you have your own car, and not having to look for parking. These scooters save tremendous time!
So not only are you paying for travel convenience with TukTuk but you are additionally paying for a time efficient solution to reaching your destination.
Furthermore, the operators for TukTuk never fail to provide astounding service to me every time I have called. They quickly refund me the money to my account that I have spent by mistake when forgetting to lock the scooter. They have never given me any problems and even more, they have gifted me $10 two separate times as a thank you.
