Works well with Princess fan
Update (owned over a year). Have set up an app shortcut too. Works well over WiFi, can schedule on/off.
Only issue was on app onboarding it skipped ‘Add Device’ and was trying to connect to a dehumidifier which I don’t have.
Hope to be able to turn off the beeping on appliance and manage timer for 15minute slots in a future release

Impossible to connect
When I first bought the Princess Tower Fan, it wasn’t too difficult to get set up. After putting it away (British summers) and trying to get set up again (new router), it’s nigh impossible to get connected.
Followed the support instructions, set phone/router to 2.4GHz, disconnect from usual WiFi network etc and it doesn’t work. On the random occasion it does pair with the device, after numerous attempts, it gets stuck at retrieving device data. The fact that this version is 2 years old, says it all for me!
Spent so much time trying different methods, online searches and it was all a total waste of time!

Worked fine for the first couple months
When I first purchased the heater it synced perfectly to the app when connecting for awhile so I bought another one. A year later after not being used in the warmer months, they will not link up to the app at all, rendering my two expensive heaters completely useless. Countless try’s and following an exchange with the company they still don’t work. If only the app developer would rectify this it might give potential buyers the encouragement to buy more of their products.

Easy but buggy?
Found easy to use and set up had for a few months now however today the app is constantly saying no connection however I have set Siri Shortcuts up and it switches on and off fine. I’ve tried uninstalling the app, updating my phone, clearing the fan and readding to my account yet no connection still persists. I’m hesitant to turn the wifi off because for my household it’s an inconvenience to do just because the app is throwing a wobbly hopefully it’ll resolve itself at some point but otherwise this fan has been a great and easy purchase kind of wish it had an magnetic remote with it anyway.

app is hoplessly defective
Let's say room temp is 20, so you open the app and it says room temperature is 20 and you set the thermostat to 23. All good, except if you close the app, you will within a few mins find the room temperature upto 26, so you open the app again and now it says room temp is 17 and it's still trying to heat it to 23. Meaning after you initially turn on the heater, the app temp measurement wll suddenly be off by 6 degrees, so to heat the room to 23, you have to set the app to 17 degs. This is a very obvious bug. To make things worse, if you click the support link, it goes to the developer site but says the page doesn't exist. I would never buy a product from this vendor ever again, whether software or hardware appliance. It's really expensive but you don't get what you paid for at all, and awful support to boot...

Infuriating
This app and it’s persistent inability to connect to devices has become infuriating. When the app cannot connect to your device it repeats an attempt to connect after time out, meaning you cannot then access any other function of the app or even remove your device and start again. Whatever you do, do not buy the devices that use this app, it will work for a few weeks and then drive you mad with its persistent faults!

OK for 2 months then terrible!!
This app has worked fine for two months but now for some unknown reason it has stopped working!
The app doesn’t connect to the heater 90% of the time. The heater isn’t coming on when scheduled to.
I have tried resetting the heater, re-installing the app, reconfiguring the WiFi connection but no joy. I wish I had read the app reviews before purchasing the heater. I think I will be requesting a refund as the heater is no longer smart.

Alexa App Compatible! 🤗
You can install the Alexa App on your phone and access switching your devices on / off directly from there. Hope that helps if you’re struggling with Climate Wizard?!
Does not work consistently
I bought the Princess Fan and installed this app to operate it. The app does not work consistently, will not work at all with my partners phone and despite working fine for 2 months it now doesn’t work with my phone either. I have to re-setup the device all the time and now it won’t work at all on my phone. So annoying.
