Great when it works, but....
Very simple to use, when it works. However the scheduler had suddenly stopped working. The device is still connected and can be turned on and off manually via the app but the scheduled on/off times have stopped working for no reason.

Trouble shooting !
For some reason my app stopped working so I deleted the app and re installed it first time it worked but now it stopped again so I deleted the app re installed NOTHING didn’t work ! Looked for some technical help nothing in English . I purchase this fan because of WiFi and being able to use the app as I am disabled . The way it is now it’s a normal fan . I could have paid a lot less for please advice me on how to solve the problem ASAP and please put an English help setup

Fan looks good but app doesn’t work
For a start, the retail price of £99 is fairly steep, but for me one of the selling points at the WiFi connectivity to be able to add it to my google hole setup. I’ve read some reviews that say they had no problem pairing the app to the fan, however for me it’s not working.
I’ve followed the steps and tried multiple times but still no luck.
Please fix, the price isn’t justified otherwise!!!

Takes a while to figure out how to connect it
It took me some time to figure out how the app wanted me to setup my phone to be able to connect to the fan; I had to disconnect from my current WiFi connection and use 3G to still use the app. I then had to connect the fan which took about a minute and then it was fine. Would however have been more helpful if it was in the instructions rather then saying ‘follow the apps onscreen instructions’. It now however works amazing!!!!!
