  • Stopped working

    I own 2 Princess heaters and a Princess Smart Fan and even though they say “Connected” trying to turn them on via the App doesn’t work (button just stays off). Happened since 12.5.1 update. Tried everything - resetting the heaters & fan, rebooting WiFi, changing password for Princess account. No matter what my 3 devices all say “online” but cannot control them. Useless.

    Turning them on manually at the heater/fan works so clearly an issue with the App.

  • Disappointed

    Totally useless. Walks through every step and then just “server error 500” at the final hurdle. No one seems to be able to help, got sent to “SmartWares” who suggested I moved the device further away from the router which isn’t super helpful in a one bed flat. Will be returning the device (£200 fan) and steering well clear of this company in future.

  • Pile of crap

    Update:
    Even worse than before, throws up web socket errors, randomly connects/disconnects. Don't bother using it.

    When it occasionally works it's fine but with a number of strange design choices and obvious omissions that would be useful - but you can set time and switch the heater on and off. . however thats when it actually decides to work, which isn't very often.

  • Not impressed

    Just purchased from popular trading store AND Quickly became unimpressed as the unit can’t link to my Siri can’t link to my Alexa and app will not load so I don’t hold up much hope other than switching it on and off more off too! I’d give it one star only looks sexy but unimpressed so far and I’m used to tech stuff d as I that’s no excuse.
    Doesn’t quickly heat up, no fan blower as it’s other similar items, so poor all round!!!!fred said it’s deaf

  • Internal Server Error 500

    Can’t connect the Tower Fan to this app. Keep getting Error 500. Lots of people have this same problem online but I can’t find a fix. Have called company several times but they don’t pick up. Please post a solution to this common problem. This was a very expensive heater and we only purchased so that we could use with the app.

  • Fiddly to setup but works perfectly afterwards

    Was a bit of a hassle getting the initial setup working but I’ve now had it up and running for about 3 months and have had no problems since.
  • Hopeless

    Using this app with a Princess panel heater is hopeless. The heater disconnects from WiFi after a few hours making the app (and voice control) unusable. Sometimes it reconnects and sometimes not, so it’s not reliable for remote control or scheduling. The only way to guarantee it works is to manually power cycle the heater which rather defeats the object of a remote control !!

  • App works well

    Bought the Princess fan and connected it to the app. It works well and is very responsive. There seems to be no lag time between when I hit on or oscillate. Only had the fan for a few days, so I will update if I have any issues.
  • Doesn’t Work

    App doesn’t work with fam. 0 stars if I could.
  • Smart Glass Panel Heater Problems

    This App worked well with my Princess Smart Glass Panel heater for several weeks. However some weeks into using the functions to program on / off periods all it would do is turn on at the set time but not turn off at the set time. Deleting the app and starting again has not worked nor has re- pairing the app and heater, so I have lost the key feature I needed with this heater.
