Limited and unhelpful
What I was hoping this app would do:
tell me not just about the seedlings but what conditions it would need once I plant it in my garden. But it doesn’t. Just tells me mostly generic or limited info.
Make troubleshooting easier-I have never gardened before and this misses an opportunity to help me learn about common problems I might encounter with each plant type.
Other frustrations:
why have a water icon if it doesn’t tell you when water is needed?
Its push notifications don’t get through IOS well so I only got notifications for 1 plant out of 8.

Product is pretty good, app is *still* absolute trash
This company needs to redesign its app from the ground up or at least fire its designer and hire someone else. I have Four Smart Garden 9's and the amount of work it takes to clear out existing plants and input new ones is ridiculous. You have to individually rate every plant. Can't delete a garden if it has plants in it (that would have been the easy fix)

Unable to delete a garden that is no longer in use.
Simple app, could be improved
I've been using the C&G app with my Smart Garden 9 for a few months now, and it's simple but it works.
One feature I'd like to see is the ability to save which plant pods are in stock so that it is quicker to update the garden in the app.
Would also be very nice if each pod page would get a calendar view or Gantt chart view of the different expected phases (germination, flowering, fruiting, etc) so that we don't have to do the maths ourselves (for example, now it says flowers appear in 12 weeks but the counter is in days so one has to think in days.)

This app needs an update
This app really really needs an update, it’s slow and it’ll be better to give more information about the plants you planted

Can’t rearrange the garden
Wish there was a way to rearrange the virtual garden to match the real garden. I sometimes move the pods for better lighting, and sometimes the app places my selections in first available slot rather than confirming where I placed it. Shouldn’t be a hard development option I wouldn’t think.
Unsolicited Review
I purchased the Click and Grow 27 system. This product, is truly beautiful. From the moment I opened it, the packaging (yes it does matter) is the most thoughtful I have ever seen and truly elevates the experience. The app, a bit glitchy and weird to navigate but once I figured it out amazing… very helpful to be able to edit the date planted… such a sweet surprise to see my plant babies named… truly a special purchase that absolutely will have as more mental health benefits than the initial dopamine purchasing 😉. Thank you for an incredible product! Highly recommend this system!

Bugs reported a year ago aren't fix today. Still cannot log with right username and password...
Could be better
I like being able to keep track of my gardens, however I have 17 smart garden 9. I really wish it was easier to delete a garden when I am planting a new crop. It is far too tedious to delete each plant and then delete the garden. I also find it inefficient to not have my gardens in alpha order.
Simple
It’s a simple app but does everything I wanted it to do and is slick looking. It lets you see what plants are in which pods and shows you time until harvest etc for each pod separately based on the date it was planted. Also the tips and facts are great for a first timer like me!
