I got this as a gift from my grandmother, it should never be this hard to connect a MIRROR to an app, simplyhuman needs to get its act together. When I first got the mirror it took awhile for the mirror to even connect the app, when I connected to the app I tried to click on one of the different light settings, nothing happened on my mirror and I also never got any options displayed on the photo to turn the brightness down, up etc. After a minute of sitting there seeing if something would happen, a message popped up “Uh-ho! You’re not connected to WiFi reconnect” when I knew I was. I tried 3 more times and yet absolutely nothing is occurring for my mirror, I also don’t have the clock option shown at the top, only a timer and the light adjustments. This is extremely disappointing since my mommom spent a good amount of money for this for me and it doesn’t work as displayed. Very very disappointing, especially since this has been an issue for years so it shows you how much this company cares.
