  • Do not buy.

    I got this as a gift from my grandmother, it should never be this hard to connect a MIRROR to an app, simplyhuman needs to get its act together. When I first got the mirror it took awhile for the mirror to even connect the app, when I connected to the app I tried to click on one of the different light settings, nothing happened on my mirror and I also never got any options displayed on the photo to turn the brightness down, up etc. After a minute of sitting there seeing if something would happen, a message popped up “Uh-ho! You’re not connected to WiFi reconnect” when I knew I was. I tried 3 more times and yet absolutely nothing is occurring for my mirror, I also don’t have the clock option shown at the top, only a timer and the light adjustments. This is extremely disappointing since my mommom spent a good amount of money for this for me and it doesn’t work as displayed. Very very disappointing, especially since this has been an issue for years so it shows you how much this company cares.

  • Same problem as the other 50 reviewers

    My sensor round pro mirror stopped connecting to the app. I assumed there was something wrong with the mirror. I ordered a refurbished one, when it arrived the same problem connecting occurred. Yes I have the Bluetooth on, yes I have the correct wifi. So no, it’s not my mirror, it’s the app as so many others have stated. And customer service is impossible to reach…emails and texts turn into days of no response. Give us a phone number and a live human to work with…simple, right?😡

  • Pointless app

    Trying to use the different light settings on my mirror and the app does nothing and doesn’t even stay connected. My mirror is stuck on the setting I set up 2+ years ago and there’s no way to adjust with the useless app.

  • Mirror doesn’t connect to Bluetooth/wi-fi

    What good is a $300 mirror if you can’t use all the features!?? Looking at the reviews, this was clearly a problem a year ago - and now it’s August 2023 and these issues have not been fixed/addressed yet!??

  • Shockingly poor!

    Where is the developer? This app just does not work. I’m unable to set up my mirror as it says it’s linked to another account and won’t set it up. I only have one account & im logged into it. I’ve had the mirror for 5 years & the original app worked fine. This has rendered my £300 pro mirror just a light up mirror, I have no control over light settings. I can’t believe Simple Human are not addressing this. Avoid like the plague.

  • Garbage

    My mirror no longer connects and once upon a time, when it did, it stopped staying lit/connected. I thought I’d try a year later and (obviously) forgot my password. Put in my email and it’s tells me if I have an account I’ll receive an email to rest my password. Easy enough. I get the email, rest my password. The moment I go to log in it says “contact customer support”. Been there, done that. Never got anywhere with them a year ago. I’m not about to waste more time on this. The price for this mirror was insane. No reason in the world there should be this many problem. Once a well respected brand. I see many others now consider this a total waste of time and money as well. This mirror will go in the trash where it belongs. Never again on any of these simple human products.

  • Waste of money

    The app cannot connect to the mirror - it failed multiple times
  • App doesn’t work?!

    I love my mirror, but upgrades to the app seem to be more like ‘downgrades’ to be honest. Buttons on the app don’t work, so you can see different settings and select say an alarm time but what you can’t do, is save anything!! Feeling rather frustrated to say the least :(

    I can’t connect with my mirror, tried several times, tried tips on website, shouldn’t be this hard
  • Do not buy!!

    The mirror has come twice (won't work straight out of the box!) I have contacted customer service and only get sent a failed replacement. The app doesn't connect and overall it has been a nightmare! Can I just get my money back?!
