Can you please fix your app. I have had my mirror over a year. I really would like the ability to use the app and all its features. It can’t find the mirror or WiFi even though they are on. I have replaced the mirror uninstalled the app, still does not work. For $250 I would think you would make sure your app is compatible.Show lesssammie320
Come on simple human get it together!
Got this mirror from my boyfriend and not able to connect the app. Please fix this issue soon or I will return. Not worth the hassle and headache of this app. Or if you fix it somewhat maybe send all who purchased a gift card to get something else that will work. Thanks!Amnoyed AF

Bought this mirror as a gift for my wife. Had none of the issues that others had with setup, seems like the bugs have been fixed. 10/10besthusband
Can’ get WiFi to connect

This is my second mirror effort and the app is useless. You cannot connect to WiFi and so you have a mirror that is intermittently on and off with no other features...ridiculous!S.O.C.6.7.2011

Just wasted more time than I care to admit unsuccessfully trying to connect to WiFi. If you’re going to sell a pricey app based mirror, maybe make sure the app works.agbejoro
Not smart.
Having the same WiFi connection issues as the other reviewers. Quite sad since this was a Xmas gift from my husband and he was so excited to get it for me. If I am able to return, will definitely do so...but a frustrating experience and something the company should really reconsider since it makes the users not trust the rest of their products.Show lessanazukov
