  • New app is a disaster

    My mirror is on the WiFi and the old app was fine. New app only gives me Bluetooth option and my mirror is not found at all in new app. Thanks for nothing. Maybe this is a strategy for getting people to buy a new mirror, which would be sad.

  • Old Software

    Why make something that works perfectly, then give us an update that works for crap!! Please fix this… my mirror turns off every second even when I’m using it… this is not what I paid for…

  • New app is terrible

    I don’t understand why they changed the app when the old app was working fine. This new app is terrible. I can’t see how much battery I have left on my mirror and I can’t set the sensor for more than 30 seconds, so the mirror turns off every 30 seconds unless I have my face pressed up against it. It’s very annoying! I thought it was out of battery or malfunctioning until I was able to get into the app (that also took a long time) to see the sensor settings has changed. I also didn’t receive any notification that the old app was discontinued and I had to download a new one. Please update with these features!

  • Return the Old App Features

    My perfect mirror is no malfunctioning with this new version of the app. The app doesn’t recognize my mirror, the sensor suddenly malfunctions and I can no longer adjust the brightness. Fix this!

  • Sadly, no way to give this zero stars.

    I’m using the older, Pro mirror. With the old app you could set the type of light you wanted and how long you want the mirror to stay on after it’s activated. With this new version of the app those options are still available but can’t be saved…so why did they bother? On the old app you could also see the level of battery charge yet that function has disappeared with this version. So in summary, there is absolutely nothing you can do with this app so there’s not much point downloading it. A very poor show in an app that has obviously not been tested at even the most basic level.

  • Terrible app

    After multiple failed attempts the app appears to connect will my sensor mirror pro, but when I try to then try to change anything such as lighting settings it doesn’t change anything at all on my mirror. After a moment a connection lost message appears.

    After spending so much on a mirror being unable to then use its functionality is extremely disappointing and in my case, means I would be very reluctant to purchase from Simple Human in the future. For a premium price in my opinion this does not feel like a premium product and certainly not a premium company.

    Sadly I do not recommend the mirror or the app.

  • Old app worked : this one useless

    Why take the old app off-line when this app is actually worse than useless. When I say worse than useless, basically it does not recognise my old account and asks me whether I want to change my password because it can’t log me in and then won’t send me a reset password link ; it just won’t recognise my old account at all. So that means I can’t get in to my old sensor pro mirror. I can’t adjust the settings or anything. I tried to de-register it by using an old phone that was still logged into the old app with my old account but it won’t acknowledge the deregistering of the mirror on that account and therefore I can’t register the sensor pro mirror to any new account that I’ve had to make up , which I’m forced to do because the old accounts aren’t recognised. It says that my old sensor pro mirror is still registered to another account. Rubbish rubbish and worse than rubbish.

  • Mirror worked fine nail this app

    The older app worked super.
    No matter what I try, I cannot get the mirror to connect with this new app and thus with WiFi.
    Was not a cheap investment and has now been made useless without WiFi.

    Please fix this app.

  • Apple should remove this from the App Store

    This app should not be allowed on the App Store until it’s core functionality is fixed/usable.
  • Useless

    Won’t connect to wifi then tells me I can’t register the mirror that I have been using for over three years.

Alternatives to simplehuman mirror
