  • New app doesn’t work

    I have sensor mirror pro wide view. It worked fine with the old app. With the new app, it has issues with the Wi-Fi even though my Wi-Fi is fine. The app can find the mirror but I cannot change any settings in the mirror. Very frustrated. After reading other reviews, I realized the company didn’t fix the app for at least two years. I contacted their customer service once using the text message but they didn’t have any answer for me…

  • Terrible

    I have no way of adjusting the light settings on this very expensive mirror. Sent one back, I get a refurbished version and still not working. The app keeps saying check wifi and disconnect mirror.

  • Would give - stars

    Purchasing this mirror was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. At first I absolutely loved the mirror & the app! But Simplehuman, are making it anything but simple! Constant app changes have made this mirror utterly useless.
  • Poor App

    This without exaggeration is the dumbest app on my device. I’m using the latest version and the app “developer”/product team were too lazy to remove the “logs” prompt button so now it just sits as overlay on top of text. On top of that the app has logged me out, “magic link” doesn’t work and the email for forgotten password is never received. What’s the point of the app now, it’s pure garbage?

  • Worst app

    Seriously simplehuman. Time for a new company to do your app. Did you take away the power button in the app on this latest iteration? For such an expensive mirror, there should be an obvious in-app way to kill the light when I want to. Don’t get me started on connectivity issues. I regret this purchase every time I have to interact with the stupid app.

    Hi there and thank you for the feedback. We've never had a power button in the app, as the mirrors are designed to automatically turn off once the sensor no longer senses anyone in front of it. The power button on the mirror itself is one way to turn it off, but it is designed to be able to save power and turn off once you walk away from the sensor mirror.   • No control

    Unlike other users, I seeming can connect and setup to my WiFi. However, none of the settings I change make a difference. When I change a setting, it sticks in the app, but I get no confirmation the changes have synced to the mirror, and the mirror ignores the changes.

  • Won’t connect

    Very frustrating I’ve had the mirror for a couple years now with the new update it up it no longer will recognize or find the mirror.

  • Useless

    Tried again and again following all advice. It couldn’t find the mirror. So cant reccomend and am now having problem finding a nickname that hasn’t been taken!
  • Junk App

    I love the mirror however this app is complete junk. It keeps disconnecting from the Wi-Fi and I cannot set up any of the settings in this app. I don’t want it in manual mode it will not come out of manual mode. When I set it to shut off after 10 seconds there is no save button to save your features. I can’t even adjust any lighting at all, none of this works.I also bought the travel mirror and then will not connect to Wi-Fi whatsoever I have done absolutely everything the directions say to do and it will not connect, sending it back! It’s amazing to me how you can charge as much as you do for this equipment but you can’t run a simple app. Fire whoever is running this app and get people who know what they’re doing for the love of God.

  • This app is horrible

    I cannot link my Pro Wide View mirror - unsure why it needs Bluetooth AND Wi-Fi. The attempts to connect to Wi-Fi time out and fail, even though my signal is strong. This connection problem makes a very expensive mirror utterly useless. The light setting it’s stuck on is very low, unable to see anything. There should be at least a single brightness control on the mirror itself.

    Now my only course of action for this mirror to be helpful is to reach out to customer service. I haven’t had luck with them in the past. I’m beyond frustrated.
