$400 mirror sold w/ promise of smart app...not so much
I concur w/ other reviewers.... the app does not work. Won’t find my mirror no matter how many times I try. Simple human you guys shouldn't sell features that don’t work. Lazy, upselling/under delivering lame AF.Feral1776
WiFi connecting
The app will not connect to the app because of WiFi even though it is on and working for other devices. Really upset considering I can’t use all the features for my brand new EXPENSIVE mirror. Honestly debating on returning it.ashoo__
Frustrating
First I had to do a hard reset on the mirror every time in order for the app to link to the mirror. Once I did that - it would not find my WiFi - even though it was on and every other device in the house is using it without a problem. Therefore I’m unable to use any feature to control the light settings. If that’s the case it’s a really expensive mirror for just that. I can go to Target and get one for $30. Very, very disappointed. Will return if i can’t get it to work.Show lessNP9476
Cannot find WiFi router

WiFi not connecting
Can’t connect to WiFi during initial set up, no option to select WiFi and so it just sticks on an endless loop of trying to connect. Until the mirror times out and turns off then you have to start over.Allenk19
