Battery low

Not sure if the last update had anything to do with it but battery used to last for several days on a single charge. And thatโ€™s running from 7am to 3pm. Now barely a day and was on the charger for over 24 hours and only charged up to 86%.
For the price point the rechargeable battery should be better than that.

What a waste of $100 for a paperweight

Every time the app updates, you have to delete your account from the app and then restart the entire process, including re-registering the โ€œtoy.โ€ With the latest update, the device doesnโ€™t complete the registration process, and Iโ€™m left with a cat sitting in the floor watching blinking lights and waiting for it to do something. Same here, cat! This device is junk! Just send owners a remote control to operate the device since your app and its developers canโ€™t create something that works and lasts.

Can you please complete the following step. 1. Launch the Varram App. 2. Tap on the two horizontal line in the top left corner. 3. Tap on your profile picture/email address. 4. Delete account in the bottom left handย corner. 5. Enter in password. 6. Delete account. โ€จ Once the account is deleted complete the set up and your issue should be fixed. Waste of money

Product should not be sold until the app is fixed. Literally cannot use the toy unless the app updates and it wonโ€™t update. Stuck on 3% forever until I gave up. I have called and emailed support and no answer or reply. So extremely disappointed!!!

Does not run on iOS 13

The app crashes at startup. Iโ€™ll probably return the robot until this is fixed. The packaging was great though and it seems like a high quality item. But I canโ€™t use it without the app.

Terrible

Youโ€™d think for spending $150+ on the device that they could use some of that for a decent app and decent instructions. Additionally, the app update constantly gets stuck while downloading. The only app thatโ€™s worse in the Arlo app. All these expensive products and nothing but pathetic app development.

App has some significant issues

The developers need to immediately fix this app. The interface is pretty incoherent. Things donโ€™t make sense with the UI. Scheduling is very confusing as to which schedule is active and which is prioritized. Why only schedule on every 5 minutes increments? Should be every minute. Responsiveness is lacking. Needs more โ€˜quick play Auto modes.

App keeps crashing

Can even play for my pup after waiting forever for the device. Fix the app or offer refund as this is ridiculous

Crashes

The app crashes every time I try to open it. I want to change the schedule and have it run for my cats but I canโ€™t even get past the loading screen anymore.

My Cat is Addicted

The robot is great. My cat waits for it to go off every night. He will start banging it around an hour before it goes off. The app however has some issues. 1- it currently wonโ€™t open so I canโ€™t change the programming. 2 - you need to be able to set multiple schedules for a single day. My parents want to set-up two playtimes. One for the dog and one for the cats but it will only sent one schedule to the robot.

After the last update all good again

I couldnโ€™t log in but after the instructions left by support on my review everything is finally working again, my Cat loves Varram.
