Broken Scheduling System
The scheduling functionality is broken. I cannot modify or delete schedules. I can create new ones but once they are created I can’t change anything. The “Save” button doesn’t work (or doesn’t even show up when editing schedules)
EDIT: it only works if I’m on LTE. The same thing with logging in. I get an SSL handshake error if I use wifi.

Won’t save, poorly designed, clunky app
After paying around $100 for the device, I downloaded the app. Then realized the device won’t work unless I am logged in. One more user account I will no doubt abandon. Nonetheless, I still signed up so I could use the overpriced device I purchased. Scheduling play time is easy enough. However, make sure you don’t need to change anything, because the app won’t save any updates to the schedule. Also, it would be so easy for VARRAM to add a feature that activates the device every hour or whatever you choose between x time and n times. Instead, you have to manually enter each time during the day you want the device to activate. As to my dog, he pays attention to the device when it’s active, and occasionally plays with it. Would I buy it again, no. Would I look into buying another device in the future, yes. My biggest gripe is the terrible app. They should provide an app that functions correctly and doesn’t require the user to create an account. I shouldn’t be required to share data if I own the device.

won’t even let me sign up for an account
when i try to enter a password is gives me an error over and over. i’ve tried resetting my phone, restarting the app, everything. i’m so frustrated. this is not worth my time or money. ridiculous a totally broken piece of crap is $100. returning product ASAP.
App no longer works
Getting an SSL error and the app is no longer functional.
Why is the device disconnected when I leave home
Is there an interface for me to be able to control the device through the app when I am not home? Does the device connect to the app through Bluetooth only? Or does it connect through WiFi? Since my WiFi is on at home, the device should connect to it and I should be able to control the device from the app as long as I have internet connection. This is how I thought this would work. What am I missing?

This app is horrible! Many issues with setting up and applying schedules. Also issues in deleting schedules. If I knew the app was this bad I never would have bought this product
Don’t Buy and Waste Your Time
I was very excited to get this for my two dogs who are home alone and needing exercise. The one I purchased came as a bundle and some of the accessories were missing, the bot will not connect to my phone no matter how many times I try to register it (I have an IPhone 11). The robot is completely useless if you can’t use the app and register it, I am returning it. Serious flaw, should not sell a $100 system with this type of issue.

So much potential but needs fixing
App disconnects 90% of the time needing to close and reopen to connect. Even when toy is adjacent to app. Interface is tedious and confusing but mostly I just want it to work so I can create and adjust settings without it disconnecting.
my cat is obsessed
i’ve used this since may. last app update or maybe new apple update renders program unusable. not sure. it just opens and closes. crashes even after reinstall, etc. i hope it fixes itself. the robot still runs on whatever i had previously programmed.
Crashes now
Worked great until a few days ago and now the App won’t even open.
