App error prevents use
It was a terrific gadget to keep my dog happy but we got busy with other things for a while. Today when I wanted to use it again the app startup hit an ssl error which means my dog is very unhappy. The gadget is dead until the company gets around to correcting the error. Sad for what was a great dog toy. Please fix it. When and if it works again Iโll give it five stars.

Not working
App will not open crashes thus has been happening for months. Why isnโt this fixed? That a rip-off not even one star it doesnโt work itโs trash now ๐ง
Canโt even sign in to make this work
I canโt even sign in to open the app anymore, so I canโt use it! What a waste of money. My poor dogs are sad now.
Latest update works but scheduling is broken
I was able to resolve the app crashing but scheduling a new play time does not work. To resolve the app crashing:
1. Delete the app
2. Turn off wifi
3. Download and install the app
4. Open the app and log in
I am on IOS 14.4 using an iPhone 12 Pro if that helps.

Canโt even log into app
I keep getting an SSL error when trying to log in to my account. Prior this app worked great, easy to use and intuitive... but not sure what happened, this app and now product is unusable....
App Crashes Upon Opening
This worked well, but with a recent app update the app now crashes as soon as itโs open. Without the app, you canโt set up or start the robot.
Works for me
Works well although some of the ui is all over the place, possibly since the date component changed in iOS 14. It would be great if one could immediately run an automated run. My dog will start interacting with it if itโs on the floor, so I usually set the schedule a minute before the current time and then set it on the floor. It would be nice to just be able to hit a start button to run a scheduled workout immediately. Otherwise, it works great.

Wonโt work
This app is no longer working. Which is the only way to control the robot. Needs to be fixed or this purchase is worthless.
Refund our money
I bought this thing a couple of weeks before you had an update months ago and it wouldnโt work anymore. Your new update doesnโt work any better. You stole $100 from everyone. Give us our money back! Every one of us!!!!!
Horrible service, device and application - truly a disappointing
Doesnโt work on scheduling, horrid connection issues and the app w/login credentials NEVER are connect. Leaving only a General and extremely vague error message, of which has no end. Can not reset password OR create and/or re-create a new account. Truly despicable of the company to make such a product, at such a high value, and with no comprehensive backing to support their system, software, programming I find dumbfounding. Iโm curious to see if VARRAM Will even respond to this incorrect theyโre defective products. I feel this is a one time shop an drop, like the โLilly droneโ.
