Worst Food Delivery App

So hear this:

Courier accepts your order. Then, the courier decides to do their thing and never pick up your order.

What can you do in this situation? Nothing. You can’t cancel, you can’t report, nothing. You talk to an annoying AI and try to get past it to talk to a real human. You then tell the human you’ll never get your order from the courier (the courier even tells you so in messages), and they take 30 min to do anything about it.

Worst food delivery app out there right now, by far. The least friendly for the customer out of all the ones I’ve tried.

Службы поддержки вообще нету, можно написать только тупорылому роботу Альфреду, если привозят полностью убитый заказ который Вас не устроит, будьте готовы что робот Альфред положит на Вас болт и Вы будете днями ждать а он ничего отвечать не будет, набрать по телефону службу поддержки не является возможный, ни номера ни кнопки связаться в чате, по этому нужно ждать ответа тупорылого чат бота которого писал айтишник с лишней хромосомой!

неможливо скасувати замовлення, не видають решту зовсім

курʼєр мав дати решту 100 гривень, сказав що немає і все. спробувала відмінити замовлення, сказали що не можуть.

Payment issues

I paid for an order using the app. The money was deducted from my bank account but the order did not register on the app. It is not possible to speak to anyone to get support when a fault like this happens. So, I had no delivery and now I have to go through a long process to get my money back. I recommend using a different company for deliveries.

Good if it goes well, terrible of it doesn’t

Terrible support. My order didn’t get delivered to me. Support said “Once the order has been completed, you cannot be able to see the courier 's contacts on the app. Always remember to follow up on the delivery process so as to know when your order arrives. Have a lovely afternoon.”
And ended the chat. They offered no solutions.

Worst food app ever made in history

I ordered food at 8PM, the restaurant delayed it for 2 hours which is understandable as they are busy. The food was then ready at 10PM but there was no courier to pick up my food… finally after 2 and half hours of waiting they let me cancel my order due to “no courier assigned”. They shouldn’t even be in business absolutely disgusting business practice.

I wish I could give them negative stars

Terrible Service

Some of the worst support and worst delivery drivers in the history of food apps.. terrible service and will be deleting this app..

Multiple times delivery driver refuse to bring my food and called me to go to them to pick it up. App support is also useless..

Zero customer support

I’ve ordered a meal and the delivery time was just keeping longer and longer (more than 35 minutes from the originally delivered time) I’ve opened the support tab and it’s only a bot with no real support until I wrote that I wanted to cancel the delivery. An “agent” appeared just to say that a delivery person was on their way… last time that I used this app

scam - you wont get your order

as other reviewers have said, there are no drivers so you won’t get your food anywhere close to the estimated time, or at all. you have to contact support and complain and then they will try harder to assign a courier to your order but by then your iced coffee would be all melted and your food spoiled.

i was however able to speak with an agent and have my order cancelled but i would recommend skipping this headache altogether

Horrible customer service

There are no drivers. Can’t cancel the order. Can’t talk with someone about the issue.
Terrible experience.
