It would be nice if I could see a review of the restaurant I’m ordering from with real life pictures of the food other than what the shop provides so that one can get a fair idea of the food quantity and quality in real life not the perfect pictures posted by the restaurant which most times is in contrast with reality

App Doesnt Work

Junk app. Always says to many log in attempts. No support. No one to call. Dont waste your timen! Junk !

Scam Alert

I got scammed on there. I placed a order and confirmed my payment but nothing showed in my cart. I tried again, the same thing happened. 💔I checked my balance and the amount was taken from my account.

Horrible support service

Was in malta for a holiday and ordered some food, food came opened and was also the wrong food. I placed a refund and they had asked me to confirm that I wanted a refund into my bolt balance. I did not want bolt balance as bolt food dosent work in my country and it was my last day in the country so I wanted my actual money back. I had told them I wanted the refund processed to my bank account but they advised me that it’s already been refunded into the balance, I asked how can this be as I didn’t send (y) as confirmation when asked. They processed this when I did not give them authorisation to do this. When asked for it be moved I was ignored, when asked to make a complaint I was ignored. The customer service agent stopped replying and now there is an error every time I click support. This is disgraceful customer service. Bolt food clearly hiring people who aren’t able to complete their job. Refusing the refund is one thing but to completely ignore the customer is clear sign of an unprofessional individual as it’s not like the chat was closed. There is no way to get my money back but being treated like this is clear sign of if you need help with your food for whatever reason, you will be met by a foolish person.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!! DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

Never use this app. They withdraw money from you and app shows you never paid. When you contact their support every time they give you different false information. You need to wait, then send proof, then we are reviewing your case and it’s like this for weeks. Money will never be refunded. They are scammers!!! I’m reporting them everywhere right now. Don’t download the app. It’s pure scam!!!!

Good food bad support

There are loads of food options and if you order from a good place then it’s great. Never had an issue with the courier apart from I find the bike courtiers are better than the car, they make an effort to contain the food and keep it warm.
If the food is bad there is little support and they just want you tj leave a bad review where Uber eats will resolve the issue effectively

Took forever to get my order - had to cancel after 1.5hrs

The restaurant made my order and it took ages for a courier to be assigned and then the courier kept going in the opposite direction. The courier collected the food and it was over an hour until they moved somewhat close to me and I’m less than a 5 min drive from the restaurant. The support was super useless - was an automated bot for a long time then passed me to an agent but the agent didn’t help at all. In the end I cancelled as it had been 1.5 hours and the food was probably cold. Used the app once and now deleting - so not worth it, very unreliable.

Poor support

Very bad support, they answer within 24 hours and it doesn't matter that you have a problem that needs to be solved now. And also the support is very rarely on the client side

Used to be good, but it’s going downhill

There is absolutely no control on who can sell on their app. Pumped up prices and then shown as discounted. Couriers are rude and do not speak the local language, not even English. Support is poorly trained and unapologetic. I have encountered problems after problems lately and they either rethink their processes or better shut down.

Forgot my order 1.45 mins later CHARGED me cancellation fee !!

Laughable - we ordered from a pizza shop 2 mins away by car (normally I’d walk but was under the weather)

It was a simple pizza expected delivery time in 20-30 mins - 1-45 mins later still never arrived and the bolt “customer care” said they would charge me a cancellation fee. Even though when talking to them earlier (about how long it was taking and why estimated delivery was continually going up) they had promised to deliver in 10 mins - now 35 mins after that they want to charge a CANCELLATION fee !!

They are a delivery service that FAILED to deliver
