It doesn’t work on my series 5
I like the idea and the keyboard is decent but when I tap the send arrow the next screen for contacts is frozen even the cancel button.landonandamanda
Great app
Only issue I have seen so far is the lack of spell check, and the emojis need to be a little easier to enter. Otherwise I love the app. This is what I’ve been looking for, it’s far more intuitive then the native Apple reply methods.mem101296

Thank you for the positive review! 😁 I shall take your points on board. Unfortunately this was the easiest way to incorporate emoji into the app without immediately being outdated as soon as Apple releases new ones but I understand what you are saying. Glad you're enjoying it - thanks for installing! UPDATE: Shift Keyboard now includes an Auto Complete bar above the keyboard to allow you to complete words with the correct spelling. Hope this goes some way to improving the experience for you!Excellent!
At some point you’re not going to want someone to hear the text you’re sending & a “smart response” just isn’t going to cut it. The keyboard is big enough to see clearly and for “fat fingers” to type on & if you’re old school it is reminiscent of the old original keyboard options on the flip phone screens (except wayyy easier). I have nothing but positive things to say. The only thing that could make it better is a second “space” key on the 1st half of alphabet for added convenience (when your word is covered in the 1st half of the alphabet). I never leave reviews but this app is worth every penny of the 99 cents.Show lesswhiskey98

I have messenger an app from facebook and i do not want to draw word by word. I was searching in internet if this app could be the solution but there was nothing. I decided to install the app. I am disappointed and I want my money back:)Eduardo

The complication is no longer available on the latest Apple watch OS 5 , would you kindly update so the complication is once again accesible from the infograph face.Ggrizzly
Nice app!
The app is nice the only issues I have is that you have to scroll up and down to find the letters. And my second concern is that can shift keyboard assure the information I’m typing is safe securable for privacy use?Ilich83

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Unfortunately this was as compact as I was allowed to set the keyboard by Apple - originally there was slightly less scrolling. All data is stored securely on your device only and is not shared with me or any 3rd parties. I thought it would be a keyboard on the messages app but it’s not. In order to use it you have press on to the app write something and then it will forward you to the messages app where then you can send the messages. Also it’s very slow to write, its faster to just scribble. Seller if your reading this please process me a refund or I’ll dispute the charge...!!!!Show lessArield25

I was hoping that I could use the shift keyboard directly in the message app, however this is not the case. There are a few extra steps you have to do, which I am unsure if I like it.DatBoiDeacon

sorry adam. i got your answer to my review earlier. its a neat app, and yes, the keyboard is shown on apple site as not all on the one screen. but thats why it doesnt work for me personally. its just as quick to write msgs with ones finger in the apple watch system as it is to scroll up and down with the shift keyboard to hit any of the alphabet. i really wanted to like this product but cant. its great if u dont mind scrolling up and down. :0)Show lesskaalha2
Shift Keyboard Review
Really useful app , took me awhile to find a format where I could tap to text on my watch. This is a really simple , straight to the point app. It has everything it says it would, doesn’t exaggerate any features for advertisement purposes. Only complaint I have is that I wish the entire keyboard was visible along with the send button without scrolling up and down to find the letter you’re looking for. Other than that, this is probably the best type to text app for the Apple Watch ! I understand you’re limited in space for a small screen, but it almost contradicts the speed factor that’s advertised. I guess that’s just the trade off.Show lessJJ-Hull

Hi, thank you so much for the positive review! Originally I did have an extra key on each line but Apple rejected the app for the keys not being big enough on smaller Apple Watches unfortunately. This was as compact as I could get it without trading off features.
