  • Great feature for the Apple Watch

I really like having this keyboard on my watch to send out quick replies when I am not near my phone.
  • Ehh

If there were a way to add it as another input option in the watch text app along with dictation and finger writing would be much better and a option to layout in QWERTY
  • Love the app

Am satisfied with the app and I am sure I will eventually learn how to You use it the right away.
  • .99 cents

The cost was no big deal, and neither is the ap. Can’t even type witching the message. Great in theory, that’s about it. I was so excited that I would be able to type instead of talk into the phone, no such luck. I’ll wait for the improvement!
  • Great Key Size, Slow Typing

I got this for the watch app. I do love the size of the keys, but having to scroll to get to the letter you're after in a typed word is excruciatingly slow. I can swipe out what I need to type much faster.

Also, I was under the impression you can see what is being typed noatter where you are at, even scrolling down to keys late in the alphabet and emojis. Once past the initial screen of letters, I cannot see what is being typed. The scrolling is killing me on this keyboard.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Unfortunately there does have to be some trade offs when it comes to making an app with many keys on such a small device. At the very top of the screen you can view the full message which you are currently typing but in the top left, you can see the character which you last tapped so that you know you haven't hit the wrong one. It wouldn't be logical to display the whole message as this would take up valuable space required by the keyboard to prevent further scrolling, like you pointed out. UPDATE: Hi, I’ve recently some big improvements to the app experience. I’d like to invite you to test out these changes I’ve made and update your previous review accordingly. For further suggestions you may have that would improve your experience further, please email info@adamfoot.uk.
  • Very cool, love it!

Very useful, especially when you are unable to talk into the watch in a quiet environment.
  • Not Completed Yet??

The Shift keyboard used in Apple Watch is limited for use at that moment. More development is required
It can type and send (only) text message directly from built-in Messenger in Apple Watch, but can not type (since Shift keyboard never appears to type) for “replying to message” in built-in Messenger and FaceBook Messenger in Apple Watch S4.

Hi, Thanks for leaving a review! Unfortunately Apple doesn’t support 3rd party keyboards on Apple Watch yet so this is out of my control. I’ll look into adding support for other apps though. If you have any further suggestions I’d be more than happy to take them if you could email me at info@adamfoot.uk. Thanks! Adam
  • Not satisfied.

The app should be supported by all apps using text as input not only messages. Most of us receive messages via Whatsapp, Instagram, Twitter rather than the messages app (where we most receive carrier related offers and informational sms). Please make it useful on social media apps, really need it.
  • Really needed this app!

Prompt customer service! Cult of Mac recommended the app which definitely will be handy (Having a heavy New York accent sometimes makes it difficult for Siri to transcribe my use of proper names). I had a question about adding it to my watch and got an email response from the developer within 10 minutes! I’m
Right now you have to access the app to type and then send but hopefully  will give us the option to add it to messages in the future.

  • innovative concept, but hard to use

i read about shift keyboard on a cult of mac article and i was very interested to download it for my apple watch, because i don’t love speaking to text in public and writing out my texts is pretty tedious. it seemed like a great idea, and it is, but it’s just not easy enough to use. you have to scroll to access the last half of the alphabet - and then writing out my words because just an easier task. plus, it’s kind of annoying to have to enter an entirely different app than Messages to send the text! overall, it’s a great (and needed) feature, but the eduction is just poor
