I recently bought an s1 motion and after only a month of having it it doesn’t turn on anymore it only runs on while connected to charge ….bobby xko
Some cool features, has potential, but needs fixes
LED DIY light patterns are broken, at least on iOS. I have verified with 4+ iOS devices (iPhone XS Max, an iPad, iPhone SE, iPhone 13) on 3 different V10Fs each.
The problems are:
1. If you create your own DIY light effect, it messes up if you have more than 10 frames. It starts to play frames out of order and skip frames entirely. If you download effects from the store, LED patterns >30 frames work just fine.
2. You cannot delete a downloaded light effect. If you delete it from “All” it will show as “Unknown light effect” under downloaded. Eventually, you will have dozens of these filling up the storage space.
Support in the app has been responsive and nice, but we have not resolved the issue yet. I will update this review once these issues are fixed, since LED lighting is an important feature for me.Show lessGravemintOfficial
Unusable
App was crashing so I reinstalled it. Now the login screen just spins forever and I can’t use it at all. For the money I spent I’d expect way more. How about letting me use my wheel without logging in like everyone else does?timmattison
HELP
I bought an S1 e scooter today and have a trouble signing up with this app. Continuing to come up with ‘The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.’
I’ve tried everything and still unable to set up my e scooter. Please helpApheliah

Total rubbish. Spent a fortune on a scooter can’t even use it. App won’t let me register says format incorrect but doesn’t tel you the correct format.alfanfry

Great Wheel, terrible App
This App is the worst app I’ve used. I wish you guys could work close to the DJI guys, and look at their app for flying drones.
The stability, performance and UX of this app is just terrible.
For firmware upgrade BE CAREFUL, the app might crash at the middle of the upgrade which then blocks the wheel.
For InMotion in general, the hardware is well engineered but the software (both the app and the one running on the wheel) has literally no quality.Show lessmatiasnd
Emergency
I bought my wheel a few days ago snd installed the app. Everything was working fine. But right now my battery is charging and has remained at 91 percent even over night. Also my max speed on the app says 16mph when it should be 22? Should it not?galaxyeyesphoton
