Awesome and Friendly Service

The staff at the Martin’s have been great and always friendly when we have gone in there to pick up medicine or reorder it online.

Pharmacy at North Pointe

The staff at the pharmacy at the North Pointe location is always willing to talk to make sure I understand what medication I am receiving. They have always been quick to refill a prescription while I shop. They are also very friendly. I enjoy picking up my prescriptions. They are always a joy to talk to. They have become good friends!

Better than it was but still bad

If I submit a refill request, there is no way to see it pending. It just disappears until it’s ready to be picked up or if there is a problem. The app also sometimes gets stuck trying to get to the payment section. This is one of the more frustrating apps I have to use regularly. Honestly, I’m constantly changing pharmacies in the hopes that their app is better.

The Best in Martinsburg

Martins has been my Pharmacy for 20 years and never a problem. Always ready to answer any questions I may have and promptly fill all my prescriptions. 👍

RX Ready for Pickup

I love the Pharmacy at MARTIN’S in Culpeper Virginia. They are always extremely friendly and helpful and they definitely deserve five stars. What I don’t love about the app is that when I receive a notification that a prescription is ready it does not tell me which medication it is. I frequently request several prescriptions at a time and some require the medication to be ordered as it’s not generally kept in stock. There is nowhere that I can find in the app settings that this is an option. Overall the app is adequate, but I definitely can’t give it five stars.

I can’t login to my Martins pharmacy account

Sine the last update I can no longer sign in. I have tried calling twice and each time it will automatically disconnect the phone call after about 15 minutes of waiting for someone to answer. I have tried chatting with someone 4 times and once I explain in detail the issue, in mid chat it stops me from replying to the rep. I have even tried using the feedback option and ask a pharmacist pages and still no response. I used the write a review on the AppStore page thinking that someone would reach out to me like many of the other apps do when you leave a negative review but no one has tried to reach out as of yet. I never had any issues with this app before the last update and I see that many other people have left the same issue about the last update.
I’m hoping that someone will reach out this time however I don’t think anyone will ???

Many Usability Issues

Lists are crowded with one off and expired prescriptions that make it hard to find what I’m looking for to refill. Needs an archive function to get them out of the way. New update makes requested refills disappear-no way to determine status. That’s important for several scripts that were to be refilled three days ago and no idea what’s happening. Lost? Waiting for stock? Useless.

Quick and Easy

This app has made scheduling for refills so much easier, but everyone has room for improvements :)

Martins is far better than CVS pharmacy

Prescriptions sent early by my doctors do not disappear but remain in the queue until they can be filled. Great stock of medications without excessive reorder times or frequency. App s simple and I can see/do all the things I need. Staff is friendly.

Could Not Be Any Worse

Giving this a 1 star only cause that’s the lowest available. Best of luck trying to find someone that can assist you in addressing issues you may be having. Called the phone number listed which was their corporate number, asked for help with their pharmacy app, upon which they transferred me to a Martins Grocery Store that didn’t even have an pharmacy.
