Gym not showing
After multiple delete and reinstalling, updating my phone and allowing all location devices my dojo is still not showing within the app! Frustrating since my gym does everything through mobile platform!!
The application lost all my dates. And then it says no belt
Who wrote this application can you Please help the users or delete and make a new one.
Needs iPad support
The Spark app works ok on a phone, however on the iPad the videos are too small and cannot be viewed full screen. Please fix this. It is annoying that the videos are bigger in my phone than on my iPad.
Terrible
Constant updates with no improvement in the interface or user experience. The check in option doesn’t actually work. The shop does not allow for purchasing more than 1 item at a time.
Good for checking schedule, not for checking in
The location rarely works. Maybe once or twice it’s worked. Every time I try to check into class it tells me I’m too far from my gym as I’m sitting in the gym.

The app went dead on me last week. I haven’t been able to use the app since. I can’t even delete it and start over??

Not able to log in
This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen. Buggy and won’t send a password reset email. Don’t bother looking for support on their website either. Terrible for student experience.
App Not Working
Was working fine until the new update, but now all it shows is “no data found,” and all of the info is completely gone.
