Great app, found someone very local to me to play with consistently, and a few other casual games too. However I have come across a large proportion of players who are not engaged/no longer using the app so you need to be consistent with messaging new people to find players. I think RP should hide players who have been inactive on the app for x amount of months, or track app deletion somehow. Perhaps RP can also find better ways to keep players engaged; by sending an extra push notification to respond to messages, suggesting same level or local matchups. I think it’s important that people find a partner quickly to keep them engaged. Also I’m not sure about the £5 per person for setting up a league but they probably have their reasons. I used to play tennis regularly when I was younger with my family and friends but since moving to London I haven’t had anyone I know to play with. This app solves my problem and I have met and played with very nice and friendly people. It is very easy to use and you can arrange for a hit to suit you and your partner whenever and wherever convenient. I now have a few regular hitting partners whom I would never have met if it weren’t for this app so thank you!!Show lessgoldwoct

I was a second year university student who wanted to improve badminton to get in the team the following year. That is when I downloaded racket pal, and immediately found people to play with, all different levels and standards which helped me improve my game a lot. From this I build a social network of badminton players. Really great platform to find people who have the same hobbies and interests and I will 100% recommend.Show lessCharlton387

The paywall prevent people from even contacting others. They need to get rid of the paywall to allow people to connect and use the app. Seems like no one is online/using the app bc of this; lost potential. They need to find a way to promote connection with people nearby as the player list is very randomShow lessheisenberg1245

The whole “invite your friend get 6 months free” is a sham, doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time with this app, search for tennis mesh on Google.reza89v

I was looking forward to seeing if there were any local players nearby and see what I could get out of the app in terms of fitness, however in order to do anything you must pay a monthly to yearly subscription. Which really was a let down, you can’t avoid the payment wall you either pay or you don’t.
I think if this app wants people to give it a go and a chance I think there should be a free trial of some sort, being a uni student paying 10$ a month just isn’t gonna last very long, this app could have so much potential and now that I read that it was free at one point just tells me that management got greedy.Show lessRobbo0_

Was actually looking forward to meeting players locally but the app just collected my personal information including photo and then put up a pay wall to subscribe and use every aspect of the service.
Message to developers: is your user base (~40k users) number of people who have submitted their data and haven’t subscribed or purely subscribed users? What steps are you taking with the PI collected from people who don’t wish to go forward with the subscription?
