Doesn’t support landscape
It’s hard to imagine an iPad app doesn’t support landscape mode. Lexmark should definitely fix it ASAP.Nanny Yahoo
Freezes IPad
I only downloaded this app because our office Lexmark will not allow us to AirPrint from our iPads. Everytime I select to print the document I am in freezes up and I have to close the app. It doesn’t matter which app I am in. It works fine on my phone it’s just annoying I can’t AirPrint.JeremyIpadGuy

Compatibility issues
Unfortunately this app is unreliable due to its instability.
It worked fine initially but then lost contact with the printer and wifi, and despite numerous attempts to reconnect I ended up ditching the app because all my other devices were networking just fine.
I’ve found that my Apple and Microsoft products can connect to the printer easily enough without the need for the app anyway. Although by using this method you can’t get ink level info on your phone screen for example, that’s a minor issue.
All I want is for the printer to actually print when I need it to, without tantrum-like messages screaming that it (allegedly) “can’t find the network”.
Would be great if Lexmark can sort out a decent app to keep pace with rival manufacturers, because this is a sure-fire way of losing customers in what is a very competitive market.Show lessD1965B
