The app tells me that my device doesn’t have a scanner. It does. MC3224dwe. Why did I lose this functionality?Capnfatpants

You have FOUR different apps (none of which actually work) to do what every other printer does out of the box for the past decade. Print from iPhone.

Can no longer scan from my printer/scanner
It didn’t find my printer so I added the IP manually. It prints fine and it correctly identified my printer and even calls it a printer & scanner. When I try to scan, it says my printer doesn’t have that capability. So now, I cannot scan at all as the desktop app has never scanned properly.Hllb

I loaded this app onto my new iPhone 14 pro expecting to be able to easily print from my Lexmark colour laser printer.
Unfortunately whatever I do, either in the app or in the printer settings itself, it won’t print a full size A4 print. It will only print on half of the paper. It prints the whole of the image, but only on half of the paper.
I have tried everything I can think of, and nobody else can figure it out either.
Also, it often won’t work connect to my printer straight away, even though it can see it.
Ease of use is generally great, if only it would print on a full sheet of A4.Show lessRawknRawl111

Does not find my printer no matter what I do. I add the printer’s IP address and the app crashes. Auto search does not find the printer although I have connected them through Lexmark mobile assistant.christosspar
