No confirmation for sent faxes. Unable to tell if they were really sent. What’s going on with this app these days? Used to be good

It never loads properly on my phone, it freezes regularly, and I have to uninstall and reinstall. It has been a nightmare and I wish I had never changed to it .

SO FRUSTRATING!!!!
This app worked fine up until a few weeks ago, now it constantly crashes and it stopped notifying me of new faxes. Very important communications are being missed. Please fix this!!

They created a new version of the software in production and have no way of rolling it back to the old version because they apparently never kept a copy of the old version. They plan on rolling out an update to correct what is not working in the future however they don’t know when. You can’t follow the help provided within the app because those options don’t exist. You can’t download your fax or print it.
Any other company would only allow developers to work in a completely separate environment on separate servers and a separate network. Testing only in a development environment to get all the bugs out before deploying it in production. They would have also kept a copy of the previous version in order to roll back to the previous version if something went wrong. This company didn’t any precautions.

The 3rd party software may need to make a necessary update in order to synchronize with our mobile app. Otherwise, please feel free to message us at socialsupport@efax.com and we would be happy to look into this issue on your behalf. ^RAYou can not sign, you can not print, you can not share with any other app. It’s not worth of business. Please downgrade to previous version at least it was working . There is no plus sign no edit sign. Horrible.
