The older eFax app worked perfectly. Upgraded to corporate app and now have many issues (badges don’t show up, app crashes, notifications, etc)
Reinstalled app several times with same issue. Wish I could use older non corporate version :(

The corporate version crashes every time you log in and you have to download the corporate if you want the HIPPA compliant version. I tried restarting my phone, downloading and redownloading the app (10 times at least), updating my software to most current iOs and it STILLLL DOES NOT WORK. This feels like a scam for 35$/month.
I will say that I can log in on a desk top and send that way without any trouble and their customer support team was patient and kind. But she was even at a lose of what to do.

It crashes every time you try to load it. This forces us to be at a terminal to use our fax services and this terrible company won’t deal with it and is impossible to reach. One of the reasons I wanted an eFax with an app is so I could check for urgent documents at any time.
