  • This needs fixed!!!

    Ever since upgraded to a corporate account the app will not work! All of my apps work except this a s customer service has done nothing to help. I have wasted time and time again with no resolution!! Update your app to work!!!!! If I wanted to be chained to a computer desk I wouldn’t need efax I could have a land fax. The point is to be able to be on the go!!

    Never works.
  • New update does not work!!!

    App still continues to crash before logging in.
  • Can’t login in with new iPhone SE

    I had no problem with the eFax consumer app. Then I upgrade to corporate and can’t open the app. No one at IT can help. They just say we can login from our phones so it must be fine. Every other app works on my phone except yours. This is a terrible experience and needs to be addressed. I’m downgrading to the cheaper consumer version - at least it works.

  • App Won’t open

    I can’t get the App to even open after I type in my number and password. I have shut off my phone and restarted it, as mentioned in other comments. The app does not work. I also can’t use the normal eFax app because it says I need to use a corporate app.

  • Poor app

    Will also not allow me to log in on the iPhone app
    I have the newest version installed
    On hold over a half hour trying to get logged in .

If you are still experiencing issues since updating the App, please try clearing your browser history in safari and then powering off your device for a minimum of 10 seconds prior to turning it back on.     App crashes immediately as soon as you try to login! Please fix!

    Did not help by clearing cache and cookie. The app is useless!
