They don’t delete my account
There’s no an option to delete your account/personal information. You have to send a message/email via inbuilt feature to the technical support team to get your account deleted. I have messaged them couple of times over 6 months but they neither delete my account nor respond to my messages.
Remove app from App Store!
Add payment method: error. End ride: error. Take photo of vehicle: error. Call support: error. Charged tons of money for a ride I couldn’t end. Finally called support manually using a phone number and no English option. What a mess.
Only Turkish phone number can be used
You can not use it if you don’t have a Turkish phone number. Verification doesn’t come on a foreign number.
Easy but have ID drivers license ready to scan
Need to verify yourself with ID (drivers license) if not from Turkey
App overcharges and doesn’t let the user end the ride.
App is very buggy. Avoid if you are a tourist in Turkey.
We rented two e-scooters and used them for 30 minutes. Then when trying to end the ride we constantly got promoted by an error message saying our payment method/card was not accepted. We tried to call support but they didn’t have anyone available that spoke English. Meanwhile the timer in the app kept running and increasing our charge even though we were not using the scooters anymore. In the end we had to ask help to a local stranger that spoke English and was able to call support and tell them we weren’t able to end the ride so they could do it for us. Very stressful and wasted our time.

KINDA SCAM
Keep telling us they encountered our card problem so we cannot end the ride by any chance. Tried to change all the card that we have but still the time running and the money is raising. Customer support line with no answer. Dont know what they tend to do. Don’t try this in case you want troubles.

Bad experience
Such a terrible app to use, I had to ride around for 30
Minutes trying to end the ride, every time I was showing in the white zone and it told me I wasn’t allowed to park there.

Not for Americans !
If your not Turkish don’t even waste your time. I have been trying for 2 days to sign up but since I’m a United States citizen it won’t allow me to be verified. What a joke on any foreigner coming from a USA or any country. It simply isn’t better than hop. Make sure you try hop there nice fast and don’t require you to be citizen.
