Hardly works - terribly dysfunctional
One second it works next second it doesn’t. Very minimal app and still doesn’t work for the few things it’s made to do like calling through cadences. Sometimes it works othertimes you just open and close the app several times and cross your fingers.. this morning I’m having no luck attempting to dial through a list with the app on iPhone.Show lessLike_Jimmy

The idea and build of the app seems great, but once you actually use it’s a pretty bad experience. Things often don’t load properly, but the worst part is the texting. Most times I try to send a text and it sends nothing, I have to restart the app to be able to send the text. If they fix this it would probably be 5 stars.Show lessPortis717

The app is very limited!
You are not able to see everything/detail in a person record.
You are not able to see notifications notifications of every kind. I get a mobile notification that one of my clients is viewing my webpage but if I go to the app through that notification it doesn’t say anything there.
I would like to be able to watch the demos that are recorded and stored in salesloft on the go. For instance if I’m going onsite I’d like to be able to watch the video on my cell phone from my discovery call I cannot do that.
This app is very basic, which was fine for five years ago. But we are past Covid and in Mobile era .
I would like to be able to see everything in a contact record abd the ability to filter down to just what I have done.Show lessHougieJr

Overall the Salesloft app is great, other than the bugs when switching over to dark mode the app works decently.
The integrations need some love, would really enjoy being able to use the mobile app to actually send out inmails and update tasks from the app.

Much better than outreach
No mobile app with Outreach was crippling for a long time so that I never even used it. Full functionality on mobile makes Salesloft easy to usetylerjackson12

Better than Expected
Most sales tech apps are pretty rudimentary or hard to use. When I downloaded the Salesloft app, I was pretty impressed. I had a few cadence steps to complete and it sent my emails and logged them back perfectly. I’ve used it a few times to make calls and it gets the job done.
