Why even have an app at all??
Why bother building an app when it doesn’t work half the time? Searching for customers generates an error, there’s no way to monitor text messages, and selecting an email address only works if you’re using the default Apple mail console. Work harder on having a functioning app and less on the company logo and color scheme.Show lessBryan Walker
Critical piece missing
The only thing keeping me from giving this a higher rating is the fact that you can’t see / run your cadences. Add that and I’m changing this review to 5 stars.Nix66
Awful
This app is awful. No cadence?! Tried using it through safari and it’s also absolute trash 🥺Hopefully updates happen shortly to fix that because as a commuter, this would be amazing to be able to use when I’m waiting at the station or on my way into the office!jst some dude

The point of wanting my small phone to have SalesLoft on it is to run rapid fire calls using my phone.
If this feature was added. I’d be able to make more calls, go on more walks, and see my (phone)screen in the sun!
The rest can & should be done on a computer.

No cadences, no email templates, no upcoming actions?
What is the point of this without being able to run cadences, use email templates, etc? I can use salesforce alone for making calls and logging activities on my phone. I can’t believe the lack of functionality on the salesloft mobile app. I’m disappointed and hope this is on the roadmap, or my company will be moving away from Loft. Can’t log inbound calls anymore
After the iOS 12.4 update my inbound cell phone calls aren’t showing up in the app.whatwereusaying

App isn’t available for everyone. After installing it says there’s a waiting list to join and to contact your Loft Admin.Whats_in_the_box

Very easy to log!
Very happy this app now exists. It’s been especially impactful for my outside reps who had trouble logging on the road. Now, they can log calls to Salesloft and Salesforce at once with the click of a button. The app ensures that no conversations are lost.jmaloha
