Been loving it but there’s some bugs
I’ve been a loyal linkbio user for awhile. It offers so much even without paying. Better than linktree in my opinion for that luxury alone. You can make a clean linktree for free but as I’ve used this app there’s two problems that made me set this to two stars at this time.
1. The link works “most times”:
Sometimes the link itself will go down at times and it will not load for me or my customers for however long it decides. This happens quite often and I get decent traffic to my links so I’m always getting notified by a customer when it’s not acting right.
2. Some social media apps won’t permit the use of linkbio links:
My TikTok booted my linkbio link because it was recognized as spam or they said it wasn’t valid or something along those lines. Not sure what this means but it would be cool if they could work on getting verified for use on all social media platforms.
But that’s my only concerns being a free user. Love the app. Love the creative freedom. I get a lot of compliments.Show lessAlexiverse

I have been trying to get in contact with someone about me purchasing the pro version. The templates don’t load it continue to advise me to restore the purchase, when restored it tell me the payment is successful but still doesn’t pull up the templates.
My email needs to be verified, after endless attempts to verify my email I have yet to receive a verification email from your app/site.
I’ve tried 2 ways to contact the company, still no luck.
Just read a review from someone two years ago with the same exact issue. So clearly this is a thing.
Rather it’s $4 or $40 a scam is a scam.
I should not have to go through multiple channels to contact support to resolve this matter. Yes I will be disputing a $4 charge because what a waste of time!
Refund me my money so I can move forward with a company who actually values their customer.

It feels unfinished, full of bugs and problems. Buttons don’t work when you try to click on them, and if you log out, good luck trying to get back in - all you get is errors. I tried emailing support but no response. I paid for premium as well.Niscenti

Ive been using for a while, cancelled membership and decided to get back using it. Slow But Great
I bought the yearly subscription for my small business and I love the themes and customizability, but the app is VERY laggy and glitchy. Oftentimes I have to tap a button 3-4 times before it responds in the app. Thankfully the actual link I share on social media works great! If the app could get fixed to be more responsive, I would definitely change to a 5-star!Show lessthemrsmjohnson
