Doesn’t work
I purchased this app an hour ago and it’s so buggy. Setting up a link is too much headache. I’ve tried at least seven times and profile information will not save. I have requested a refund.melindarp
Really handy to consolidate links
Im a community manager and I use this app with my clients bio link on Instagram. So much easier to consolidate all your links in one place. I only use the basic option and it’s enough for me, plus the tech support in amazing and quick. Really pleased with this app and the lovely team! My only feedback would be to improve the designs a little bit? But maybe that’s a feature for the pro version of the app.Show lesscarlawhat

I want to love it... But it works when it wants to
So I’ve been using the site for a few months now and i don’t understand why they system won’t recognize my password. I seriously have to reset my password everytime (if I even get the email to reset) it’s a wonderful concept and I have a few links post which work. But I can’t update my links! This is a great opportunity for people which are building up there IG and don’t have the swipe up feature yet and businesses. The app basically works when it wants to. I’ve been struggling for 3 days now to log in and update my link for a new Video & Affiliate Link But I cannot get in and I’ve submitted 3 times now to reset password and I’ve gotten no emails. So frustrating because I don’t have a lot of free time. I hope this is fix because this could be an absolute gem for many people like me.
PS I haven’t upgraded my account to the pro series because of ALL these issues. I would have because I know it has more features which would be extremely beneficial.Show lessjjmusic2

But why tf do I have to pay to add links???!!! It won’t even let me add one. The layout is super confusing and the app won’t let me log in.kay_cos
Crashed
Crashed within an hour of downloading. Had to delete the link from my Insta bio, then paste it back in to get it working again. Still planning on using it, but hope developers stay on this and fix the bugs. I don’t want to have to delete.4ndi1992

I was so excited when I saw this app. It finally allows for multiple links to be able to promote your pages. I spent about 20 minutes setting up my profile and links, only to find that when I finally set the link to my profile, none of the links work. It just goes blank. The potential is there but until it is fixed I wouldn’t recommend itShow lessZcac5566783838383
